You know what I do when they call?  Scream as loud as I can.  I tell you I get the best blood hurling scream I can get and let them have it. I am so sick and tired of these dang companies calling going to lower crap and help all us blah blah blah.  I am fine, bills are fine, family is fine etc.  If I needed help I would call you, now leave me alone.  I pay my phone bill, it is for my personal use.  NOT YOURS.  I have been asked to be removed so many times and I'm done being nice.  From now on you get the treatment you deserve!

I received a call from this number today. It showed up on my caller id as a Ohio call.

It's a company that calls itself "Card Services". It starts with a recording then transfers you to a live operator in a call center. They claim they're calling about your credit cards and want to help you lower your interest rates. She said theyre calling about MY credit card accounts but cant name which account. They had my name already and said they're calling because of my "payment history" and got my number because it was "attached to one of your accounts". However the instant I asked the actual name of the company she hung up on me.
This company has called many times over the past 2 years, always the same rountine and always with different phone numbers and locations, but always with a 000 exchange number. Most recently on my caller ID from Ohio but previously New York, Florida and "Unavailable". I've filed several complaints with our Attorney General's office.

Message came as a recording. I started hitting the # key. Then I hit O an a live person came on. I told her to put me on the do not call list and she hung up on me.

I just received a message from this number last night and this morning.  I have blocked any further calls.

We received a call with no real identity.  They did not leave a message. I did not answer, since it was an odd number. They need to leave people alone.

Have received several calls from this number, automated than press a number to talk to a live operator, they want to help with your cedit card debt,(I am sure it is a scam) I tell them we are on the no call list,please do not call again, the last time he said they are located in the Bahama's and could call anytime they wanted????

Have been getting calls from this number for years now.  Callers says "This is Rachel at Card
Services" and I hang up.  Several years back when I first statrted receiving this call I reported
it to my credot union and was told if I had provided my credit card number the caller would
have billed my account for $400. for credit card insurance.  Have reported this call several times
to my credit union and filed a telephone complaint regarding this nuisance call yet the call
continues.  At one point I asked the caller for her name again, she replied; "Rachael".  I
asked for the name of her company, she replied:  "Card Services".  I asked for her phone number, she replied: "1-800" and the line went dead.

Someone called from this number and called me by first name. I said hello and then the line went dead. I tried to call the number back and the phone company said that it is not valid. If it was a real company, then they would say something.

Second call this week, but the number on the caller ID is different.  Always an area code then 000 and a 4 digit number.
I have asked each time they call...which is 2-3 times a week...to have our number (which is on a state & federal do not call list) removed from their calling list and they hang up.

I received a call from this number along with another number 923-000-8756 about 1 hour apart. I didn't answer it but no message was left!

I have received four or more calls from phone number 746-000-2863. I have not spoke to anyone nor do they leave any messages. I only know they call because I have caller ID and it shows up on my missed call list. Can someone check this out. My guess it is some sort of a scam.

call to lower intrest rates on credit card, they call every day and even on weekends,i told them i don"t  have a credit card and told him to stop calling my number,he said f*** you  cause of your attitude,i will raise your rates to 9.9% bi*** and hung up on me,it says on my caller id an OHIO CALL 1-746-000-2863;we also are on the do not call list, what is up with these scammers,cant' even imagine how many elderly have gave them imformation to use to clean out their accounts;THIS IS A CRIME........ i want it invesitigated and prosecuted!

Get a call blocker from Digitone. You can also just block area codes with this thing or area code and first 3 numbers.

I got 2 calls today I got the same thing.    What ever happened to the do not call list I guess this is a way to get around it.   Is there a dept that can take action to stop this?

Call starts with an advertisement to lower your credit card interest rate.  You press 9 to speak with a representative.  I asked her take my name off of their calling list and she said there is no calling list.  That they only take incoming calls.  Then I said can you please stop calling me you call me every week.  She said no and then anything else I can help you with. I was silent for a second and she then said Dah De Dah anything else and I said yes, if you are a customers service rep. and this is how you treat people you should lose your job. She said I can get worse than this. So, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said sure, if you want to hold for about 45 mins.  I said a few choice words back to her and hung up.  How can I get this company to stop calling me
