You need to report them to the Federal Trade Commission!  The more complaints filed against them, the closer we are to putting them OUT of business and being sued by the government!

I have had this company working on debt collections for my business. They tried to get me to pay them more money and i would not. My concern I am still tring to get someone else to collect this debt but i have no way of knowing if they actually collected any money from the 2 accounts i sent them. They do not respond to any form of contact and i would like to put this past me. How do we find out if they got money from my clients? Any information would be helpful. I can not believe i have to now collect from the debt collector!!!

I was also fooled by this company. I have spoken to a Richard Young and he had told me that they would only keep 25% of the collected balance. This is a lie. They have been collecting for many months and never forwarded the actual debt. I also spoke to
Melissa and asked her what the status was. After calling her twice, she just simply ignored my calls.
Now all numbers that I have for this company are disconnected. Even the website is gone.

I have been scammed by FAS. Please any information that you know will help me recover the money I paid them for there illegitimate services. I have tried contacting them numerous times by phone and email with no success. Are they really located in CA? Please if anyone has any tips on these thieves please let me know.

These guys are crooks and just want your collections business. After you sign up they will ask you for lots of money and promise you the world and never pay up.

Got a call from this company today , they asked to speak to my husband i informed them he was not here She called back she then said  hey  are you Eric's wife I said yes but he is not here she said well I need to talk to him we been having an affair for past  six months and I think you need to get him to call me now because there's something he needs to know today...Its  something that may effect you directly sexually  so  tell me I said to  call me now, she hung up  leaving me sitting there heart pounding I  am older lady with medical problems how can people do this ... I called the number  back asked to speak to a supervisor After  this i was connected to  someone  who I related story to  this person laughed at me said I am the woman hes having affair with  and I am the supervisor here stupid  c.......  and hung up on me

I am a former employer of this company. i left because I didn't want to be associated with the company. I am telling anyone who will listen- DO NOT use them. they are scammers. they will rip you off and take your money. their is a guy who works their- goes by the name mike striker. he is a complete and total moron. he claims to be an expert but he is really just a loud mouth moron who knows nothing and whos only hope is to go into porn- or any other business that doesn't involve talking. i worked their for a very short period of time and I am hoping anyone who thinks of going into business with them- reads this. they are a horrible company with ethics just this side of legal. do not use them. im saying this simply because people deserve to know who they are dealing with.

They called and take all information about a debt owed by a company and than they keep calling everyday. They tell us that they are debt collectors but they are asking us to pay them for litigation costs. I got suspicious and so I am not stupid to pay to get this debt recovery. I am have already lost so much and not

Just received a call from Financial Adjustment Solutions again. They are now presenting themselves under false pretenses. They call in a very serious manner for the owner and say that the call is about a collection of a delinquent account. In reality, they are telemarketers attempting to get in contact with the person who makes the financial decisions in your company so as to promote their debt recovery services.

This call came from 747-444-3574.

I got this call and looked it up on Google. I will never answer because they are a telemarketer.

I have gotten called by them every week and they are super rude and I end up having to hang up ont them. They even keep going when I told them it's a $15,000 fine if they are reported 2x on the Do Not Call Registry.

Got a call today asking for the owner. Told her this is a corporation how can I help you? She said thanks and hung up. I looked up this company and if they truly are in the debt collection business, they just lost an opportunity. We have an old large outstanding customer balance and are in the process of looking for a company to go after them.

Oh well too bad for them.

I am a business owner who is receiving solicitations this company and have had enough!! I do not want to do business with them and I do not want them calling me anymore!

Their phone line gives options for Customer Service & Human Resources. I tried each of those lines and the people working at this company do not want to help. They say they can call you whenever they want to because you are in the Yellow Pages. They said it takes up to 30 days to be taken off their call list........ that they "don't have".  Not one single person would give their name or address of the company..... duh you can look up their name on the Internet and see all the info.  

I will never do business with this company and I ask for your support too. With the way I am being treated - uh the person they are trying to get business FROM! I would NEVER want my customers to be treated poorly by them! Not even the worst paying customer deserves to be treated poorly by a collection agency.

Just got a phone call from this number.  I  own a business now for fifteen years and have always, always operated with zero debt, no loans and no credit cards.  I am the sole owner, therefore, don't you think they'd know who to ask for?  Just wondering what type of scam this is...

This company repeatedly calls our company, and when he isn't able to connect with the owner, he calls back within just a few minutes over & over again.  He mispronounces our company name and is extremely rude.

Got a call from this # today. No message left and I did not answer.

Just received a call from this number. The caller did not identify himself but according to the Caller ID, the company was Financial Adjustment Solutions. I found the entire call to be extremely rude. I answered the phone and the caller said, ?What?s up Lynda. Let me speak to the business owner.? The caller didn?t ask but simply demanded. I?m not sure what kind of phone etiquette this company has, but I doubt they?ll be able to speak to anyone with their rude and aggressive attitude. When I informed the caller that our CEO was in a meeting he demanded to speak to our bookholder. I informed him that she was unavailable as well. He quickly said goodbye.
