Got a call from this number (+3) and 591-500-9963(7) a minute apart at 10:30am EST. I am at work and was away from my desk, so I didn't answer. A weird number like this has called me before, but I always seem to be away from my phone when they call. I wouldn't answer anyway because it is likely they are some sort of phishers. I usually report them to the FCC and other applicable government agencies when I get a lot of phone calls (to the point of harassment) from phishers. They get shut down for a while, but someone else always pops back up. At least it keeps them away for several months (sometimes forever for certain ones).
