I think this is an over smart technique to keep attention of normal people. So plg don't reply on these unknown msges & mails.
this is true, generally we talk after few emails, with the known person if the issue is not resolved.
and generally we talk to unknown people and after few communication we share our mobile and msg and then email. here it is opposite. hence be aware and please do not reply

what is this i didnot understand, Please help me out from this matter.... why unknown person given msg from a new number. This is a fraught one I think so....
