They are DATABASE collection firms, what they try to do is get your email ids which then compile to create a big database which is then sold to big companies mass mailing.
A good practice is to not reply on these messages or emails.

I too got this message today from 7503679928, earlier the goons used to send messages like you have won a lottery , please contact ... now that people are more aware and dont reply to such messages there has been a change in strategy and hence this new message.
