The number that he said to call back was 888-830-8620 and he was calling on a time sensitive matter and if I didn't call back all my rights would be forfeited and they would pursue me to the full extent of the law.  He even quoted a "case" number starting with PDL.  When I conducted a Reverse Phone Number lookup, it said Unknown person and Unknown location.

Had this idiot call me too.  Chewed him out when he told me he was looking for someone named "Jeff", told him I had my cell number since 2006 & there was no Jeff attached to it.  Told me that wasn't true then that's when I let him have it before hanging up on him.  Nobody calls me a liar without getting an earful.  Moron.

I have been recieving calls from this number.  When I explained that this was a business line and when I was promoted I recieved this line as a perk they promptly removed me from their list.

I received the same message.  These people are scams.  I placed the number of 754-300-3780 on all of my telephone lines to be blocked so their calls won't even come through to me to get me all upset.  This is simply a very Foolish company!

Earlier today I received a phone call supposed from a company called ABC Payday Loan, telling me I owed them money for a small, quick loan which I took out in an emergency situation in April.  I paid the interest payment and then paid the loan in full one week later.  I do NOT owe them (or anyone else) anything.  The woman was extremely rude, obnoxious, and bullying.  I told her my lawyer will be handling things from here on, and I hung up.  Two minutes later she called again.  I took the phone off the hook and laid it down (without speaking), and listened to her yelling and being obnoxious for three or four minutes before she finally hung up the phone.  Several minutes later I received a phone call from this number (754-300-3780), which displayed as LEGAL SERVICE.  So I looked it up here and learned there have been no other reports about this number.  While I was typing up this report, my phone rang and I let it go to Voice Mail.  A man left a message telling me "We have tried several times to reach you regarding paperwork you need to sign.  Please call our toll free number at 888 818-4465 before close of business today.  If we do not hear from you, we will assume you have no intentions of taking care of this voluntarily and we will move forward accordingly.  You have been notified."  So I then looked up that number on here and discovered it is a major scam.  What can be done to stop this nonsense?
