Got this call also stating BCBS, Couldn't access online stuff. I concur that this is a scam and will also infor company of possible problems

Had 3 calls about 2 hours apart asking to call 866=355-0116 or log into
https://bcbsmichigan.coverageupdatecenter.com I have a secure login and password for BCBS of MI to see my EOBs and claims etc. Trying to access this on line isn't connecting. Be cautious, BCBS used to send a letter requesting coordination of benefits info which is what this sounds like and only if there was a pending claim.

I've received 3 calls today. About every 5 hours. First 2 times, no message. Third time voicemail claiming it was BCBS and requesting I call 866-355-0116 to "update their records". Also left a website address. Request I leave my Blue Cross number.

Here is the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Anti Fraud Hotline. I got it from their website. 800-482-3787. I plan on calling it and reporting this.

Got two calls from them in a row. didn't answer the first as i didn't recognize the number. When I answered there was a message for <name> <my last name>. I couldn't understand the first name but it didn't sound like mine. The message said that it was BCBS of Michigan updating their information and to call a number or visit https://bcbsmichigan.coverageupdatecenter.com within 5 days and have your enrollment or contract number when you do. Claimed to want to verify whether "you or anyone else covered under your contract has any other health care coverage including..." and went on to list types of coverage.

caller claim to be BCBS michigan and ask to call 866-355-0116. seems to be ID theft.
