Don't call me again, i don't know who are you,

Don't know anyone from this area code so I didn't answer. No message was left. Called at 10:15 AM

As a follow up, I re-listened to the voicemail they left. I can hear people talking in the distance, no idea what they are saying. Sounds like a big room, like a telemarketing center. This is broken up by short intermittent pauses.

I got a call from this number too, which is weird, because I have no debts that I know of.

This is from the Penta Group. "Bottom-Feeder" collection agency. Do not answer.

Caller ID said PGroup.

Penta Group, bottom feeder collectors. Demand written contact only. Don't give them anything. No info, answers, anything. Just demand written documentation then hang up.

I dream of telling all these extortionists that, "this call is being recorded for legal purposes, up to and including criminal prosecution. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. For the record, state your full name, the name and mailing address of the organization you represent. If you do not provide this information, the call will be terminated and reported to local and federal authorities. Please state your name and the name and mailing address of the organization you represent."

I wonder how long they'd stay on the line.

Just dreamin', mind you. Give a little of the torment back. We operators and receptionists need some way to fight back...

There is a great free phone app Mr Number. It blocks unwanted calls; either sends them to voicemail or answers and hang up (which is what I prefer, no stupid breathing or automated messages to go thru!).

Called mid morning, call went into VM, no one spoke but a few seconds of background noise can be heard before unknown caller hung up. Have no idea who this is. I know no one living in the area code and prefix of this number.

Received a call but did not answer.  The message on my voice mail contained no voice - only background noise.

same thing for me too. Goes to vm but just background noise. Don;t know anyone in the Jamestown, VA area.

I rec'd a call, on my cell, from this number late afternoon today. I let it roll to voicemail. No message, but you can hear background noise. Telemarketer?? Not sure... but it is not an individual.

This number calls my cell phone each day at 8:30am. Other numbers include 515-344-3797 and 208-515-7474   Can ANYTHING be done about this?????

I got a call about 8 in the morning and I answered. The collector said she was from Pinnacle Financial and needed to verify my address and social security number. I just hung up.

same here a bunch of noise, no message.  keeps calling  i wont call back. if its important they will leave message.

someone keep calling from this number.i jus t let it go into voice mail since i don't know anyone with this number.on the voice mail their is just this noisy background noise.

Have gotten 2 missed calls from this number, and other numbers recently.  I called it back and the guy that answered said, This is Victor.  I said who are you? He got really nasty and said Who are you??? I said you keep calling MY phone and don't leave a message, I deserve to know who you are.  He started yelling at me, said Ma'am, you are calling a BUSINESS, I don't have time for this.  LOL.....I am sure they will call again...I have no idea who it is though, unless the person who had my phone before owes someone!!!

Same happened here, they call every now and then and no one leaves a message. I have no idea who this is, there's just empty air on my voice mail but you can hear background noise so you know there is someone there. I agree that if it were important why wouldn't they leave a message. My phone is a business phone so its odd I would get a collector calling.

calls every now and then, the message is just someone breathing.  I guess if they really want to get ahold of me they will leave me a message to call them back.  Must not be very important.

Caller called, I didnt answer because I didnt know the number, it went to voice mail. Nothing was said so I called back and a man answer, didnt sound like he was full american and I asked who he was and he got rude so I actually got into an argument with him because he wouldnt tell me who he was and why he called. He insisted that I called him.  So I called him a name or two and hung up..LOL

This is one of the many phone number PENTA GRoup LLC uses.  They are a debt collector.  If you use VOIP you can automatically block this number or (my favorite) you can route it to your local better business bureau's line :)...
