They called me and left a voice message. When I did have the card from HSBC, I was paying them but when the income stopped, I just could not pay them. They are not the only people that I owe but nobody else is annoying me but them. They can keep calling but I will never answer.

Just got a call at my office.  She first said the call might be monitored for quality services, then asked for me by full name. I just said that she wasn't here. The woman then claimed that she wanted to update business information and asked for a different number to better reach me at, and I said there wasn't one.  This number has been added to my "Do not answer list"

These people, just like at portfoliorecov are extortionists. Never give them any info, nor send them money. Let them try to sue you, as they promise, they won't do it, because it is only a scam.  +JMJ+

This number belongs to the over aggressive collection agency IC Systems, they have called me 3 times a day.

Right now I would LOVE to be able to pay them, but thanks to the so called Hope and Change in the White House, I cannot find a job. Maybe I should tell them to send the bill to that a***ole in the White House.

I told the a***oles at HSBC to NEVER call me at me parents house phone number but they are calling it.

I have heard that the Collections Agencies buy the debt from the original creditor for pennies on the dollar and anything they collect over what they paid for the debt goes straight to profit, so you can try to negotiate the amount you owe down.

These jack a***s are threatening to charge off the account at the end of January here, I have half a mind to say "Go ahead make my day, punk" because my credit rating can't get much worse that it already is, for the above mentioned reasons.

I got several calls from this number.  My husband answered one when I was not at home, and they asked for me and refused to tell him who they were or what they wanted.  Who is this??

I am getting 10-15 calls a day from this number as well as 703-656-9977-I don't have any outstanding debt or old debt. I don't answer numbers I don't know. Today I will report both to the Do Not Call but I doubt it won't do anything. They will stop when it's been months and no answer!

Someone at this number continuously calls my elderly mothers phone number. When she asked them to stop the woman told her they couldn't until 24 hours had passed.  Who is calling from this number? I checked my mothers phone records and saw they called her two times today. I called the number and get a voice mail box without any identification other than a woman's voice on the recording. If anyone knows who this number belongs to please post.

Received Call from this number, normally I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize, but I answered.....person called and said that they received a call from my number....when I questioned who this is, I was put on hold and then a person came on the line asking if I was "Linda C*****ski"....when I said that there is no one here with that Name, they apologized and said that they will take my number off their list....when I asked what this is in reference to, they said "A business matter";and said that this call can be recorded and hung up on me.  Obviously, this "Linda" has debt and made up a number (my number!) when she was default on her loan....Hope they do stop calling!!!

I've been receiving at least three phone calls a day from this number for about four days now.  They never leave a voicemail.  Today, I called back because the repeated phone calls became incredibly irritating, and after seeing everyone else's posts about this being a debt collection agency I became concerned.  After waiting on hold for entirely too long, I was told this company was looking for someone named Michelle.  Not only have I had this phone number for about five years, but my voicemail message--which whoever was calling me clearly heard, as they reached it multiple times--very clearly says my full name, which in no way sounds like Michelle.  I'm contemplating writing a strongly worded letter to someone about this company, especially given the number of complaints on these webpages that are very similar in nature to mine.

I have know dealing with this company yet they call me 4 times a day. I call them and they know my name. Then they hang up.

I am receiving phone calls from IC.  The person cannot speak English.  Calls come in at 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. and then started in the middle of the day.  I have reported this to the local police and the FBI.  They are aware of this company and plan to shut them down very soon.

I received three calls from this number on my work phone today.  I called it back from my cell phone and after sitting on hold for ten minutes someone answered. I told him I have gotten calls from this number on my work phone and when I answer it hangs up. He said these calls were made in error and I won't be getting the calls anymore.  I asked him if he wanted to know the number I am getting the calls on and he said no, he would take care of it.   How can he take care of it when I didn't tell  him what number they are calling.  The calls better stop!!

I have been getting calls from this number for a couple of months now.  Today (Saturday) I have received five calls from this number and it is only 3:30 in the afternoon.  I don't answer, and a message is never left.  This is pure harrasment!  I do not have any outstanding bills so this has to be a scam.

Thay call me as early as 5:30 am and the phone calls are every half hour up untill 7 pm!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Received a call from this number twice, they left no message.  I returned call following day from a different phone.  The company is IC Systems, a full service debt collection company, www.icsystem.com.  I talked with Steve.  I told him I had received two call from this number.  I gave him the number they had been calling and he asked if I was Raymond.  I am not Raymond.  He said he would note in the system that the number was a bad number, but that is would take 24 hours for the system to fully update and if I did get a call again today he appologized, but this should get it fixed.

Based on this I will now review my credit history and see if I have a ID theft problem.  I have had the number they called for 7 years.

I have received a couple calls on my cell from this number.  No message is ever left, when I answer, no one ever says anything.  I am not behind in any bills so if this is a collection agency, they must have the wrong number or just plain stupid.  And how they got my cell number is beyond me.  I don't give my cell number out to anyone.

I just started getting calls from this number and when it leaves a voice mail all I get is part of a recording that says "fifty cents on the dollar" then disconnects.  What and who is this???

This number calls at all hours of the day. Even on Sunday nights, it should be illegal. They do not even leave a message or name. Does that mean they are afraid to identify themselves, because they are making illegal calls at night and on weekends. What are you afraid of, identify yourself.

I made records of each call taken place in a week times these people called my house 932x that starting Sunday to Saturday (Thats a shame) when i told them i was attack by a dog was in hospital 4 16days came home 4  6days then returned back 2 the hospital where i stayed 11days..(where the dog bite off my right side of calve) I had the credit cards for over 3 years with paying monthly payments on time.. November was the 1st time i missesd payment .. I talk 2 a person told them sitition and they still call... since i been on this page (nomore then 15mins) they called me at 9:41am and jus called at 9:59am).....

Per FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)law, if you send a cease and desist letter asking them to stop calling, legally they can NOT contact you.

THESE PEOPLE MUST BE SCAMMERS. THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING A NUMBER I'VE NEVER USED FOR OVER 13 YEARS. THE NEW OWNERS OF MY NUMBER KNOWS ME AND TOLD ME ABOUT IT. I HAVE NOT TRIED CALLING THESE FOOLS AT IC SINCE I DO NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT PROBLEM FOR OVER 9 YEARS NOW. BE WEARY OF SCAMMERS. THEY COME OUT THESE DAYS SINCE A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE JOBLESS AND SOME ARE DESPERATE THAT THEY WILL HUNT OTHERS FOR MONEY.

Called and then put me on hold with an effiminate sounding man.  Stupid music while on hold.  Gave up and hung up.  It is my law office back line and they call a bunch of people, none of whom have ever worked for me.

I finally called this company back, they are looking for someone named Jackie Taylor, I let them know that I have had this number since Nov. 2005 and am constanly getting calls for this person, as well as two other people,I said this must be a very old debt, or she is falsely using my number. Said they would remove my number from their list, lets see how long it takes them to do so.

All of the above information is the same as what I have been experiencing. from these people. I figured they were a debt collector. I also do not answer phone calls from people I do not know. If anyone has really needed to get a hold of me they leave a message. I have to assume these people do not need to get a hold of me since they never leave a message.

Every time it is a differnt number and not the same person. i have payment protection I paid for while I had the card now i'm laid off they do not want to honor my payment protection and are charging me late fee's . I ask them about it why they have not applied anything to my account since I paid into for years and they say it is not there problem it is mine. I said well when you pay your part I will pay mine.This place is a joke wish I never heard or saw them.I also saw where they are a scam when it comes to them holding up there part of the bargain.
