IT IS CONFIRMED; IT IS ALLTEL.
WHEN THEY DO A TICKET NUMBER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH COVERAGE/TECHNICAL IN YOUR AREA AND THEY CALL YOU BACK TO LET YOU KNOW SOMETHING THAT THEY COULD NOT DO INITIALLY OVER THE PHONE. SINCE VERIZON TOOK OVER, COVERAGE SUCKS IN THIS AREA AND CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ALWAYS A WAIT NOW, AFTER 10 YRS.!

This number showed up on my phone. When I called it back I got a message that the number had been disconnected.
