got a call Friday, June 14, 2013, from Picasso Paintin, no message left.

Got a call from this number this morning (Sunday) at 9:16 am.  We were not at home and the caller did not leave a message.  We have had several calls from this number in the past few weeks.  We don't answer since we assume it is a telemarketer and they never leave a message.

We got a call from this # but they did not leave a message.  Caller ID said it was from UP S.  We are in Indiana.

got a call from them 6/1513 recording said they were a survey for arthritis pain. hung up on them. sounds like a scam to me

I think I'm confused on the phone call after reading some of the other comments.  I do get debt relief phone calls that I just hang up on, but I think the Picasso Painting number was a short survey asking if I got medical equipment and then a hang up.  I thought it was a survey from AARP but now I'm not sure and I received one awhile back.

I got this call in Denver, CO.  This is a debt collection company that has been harassing me every week for over a year.  This is the first time I saw "Picasso Painting" on my caller ID.  They usually leave a message and number to call.  I hang up as soon as I hear the voice.  I think she calls the company NEC but I'm not sure.  I guess I'l let them leave a message the next time.  One time I called back and got this nasty man telling me I should not have filled bankruptcy and a long lecture.  I hung up.  One other time I tried to call right back with a redail and got a busy signal.  I don't know how to stop these people.  Any ideas, let me know but for now, I just disconnect.  I don't have a service that can block this number and don't remember if this is the same number all the time.

I am in California and I also got a call at 7:30 tonight and also last night from Picasso Painting at the 757-248-9111 number.

Oh, wait another half hour or hour. You get ANOTHER message from PICKNOSE PAINTING.

"Do you have arthritis pain? Press one..."

Right, right. Press ANY button and these scum-wipes will sell your number to more scum-wipes.

Too bad there are so many old people, dummies, and lonely goofballs and fools who actually DO press the buttons and keep these jerks in business, their tongues firmly up the butts of the PHONE COMPANIES that LOVE THEM.

Yeah, jerk morons want to do a survey. "AARMP" the message begins. And they use a fake-o Caller ID.

Thanks Verizon. Why don't you let me BLOCK garbage like this? Why aren't you knocking off a number like this INSTANTLY. The complaints have come in over and over.

What's the deal, these crap-lumps make money seeing who picks up the phone? Then sell the number to more azz-wipes?

I received a call from (757)248-9111, The id says Picasso Painiting. I don't answer to unknown phone numbers. There was no message left.

It's easy to "mask" your number with an "out of service" number... It's not an out of service number... it's an answering machine/voice mail message that is a recording of an out of service message... It's real simple to do... call an out of service number and record the message, edit that number out of the recording, now record what's left as your out going message on your answering machine/voice mail... now, when any one calls and gets your answering machine/voice mail they will hear that your number is "out of service"...

Got the call from 7572489111 this AM.  Woke me up.  They did not leave message but since I am on the no call list I did not expect to be bothered be solicitors,  but since the first of this year more and more have been calling.  I don't know what else to do.

I just got called by them taking a "survey".  The automated call asked if I'd bought medications on line (1 for yes, 2 for no, 9 to be removed from our list).  I pressed "2", was disconnected and when I called back found the number is "out of service".  I don't know how these bastards mask their numbers with "out of service" numbers but I'd really like to know.

These calls must STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

its as if someone is checking to see if a party is home, this is
how robbers check to see if the house is "available" to be robbed.

Just got a second call from 7572489111 - same thing as below; robo call comes up Picasso Paintin; is this how they get away from the "NO CALL" restrictions?  Can't this be stopped?

THEY WONT STTTTOOOPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UUUGHHHH I even have our number on the do not call list. They still call. I dont answer anymore. Sttttilllll calllingggggg...This should be against the law really. its harrassment. Maybe if we all got together we could file an harassment lawsuit.

It is a recorded survey.  Still I am not hitting any button, there are too many scams out there anymore that when you hit a number they can do certain things.  So if they can't use a live person to make a phone call then I can't be bothered to waste my time on their survey.

I also wish they would use their actual company name instead of hiding behind fake caller id names.

I just called the number that "Pissed off " provided and this information is terribly incorrect.(Picasso Paintings, 5472 Glenview Circle, Virginia Beach, Va).  THE OWNER of this establishment is very sorry for all of us who are getting calls from Picasso Paintin 757-248-9111.  He is contantly being called about this matter and some people will not believe that he is not making these calls.  He has called the telephone company and they can not or will not help him in this matter.  He is the owner of a small paint shop , he is not responsible for all the phone calls we are getting. He feels this is damaging his reputation and he has to spend a lot of time on the phone defending himself.  Please stop calling him, be sympathetic and give him a break.

Just got another call from these people.  I don't pick up the phone if I don't recognize the number or name and they left no message.  Really tired of these people calling.  I'd like to know who sold my number to these jerks.

I think this number has something to do with Apria the big medical supply place.

Right after I got a call on this number I got another on 703-277-8622. The guy asked if anyone in our household had diabeties. I said  no and he disconnected. When I called back I got "the number you called is not in service...."  I think this has to do with Apria the medical supplies giant

i got a call too. didn't  think to much of it at the time.i push 2 then they asked me you push 9. and for some reason a red flag came up in my mind. i did not push 9 i just hung up.. Beware  all....
