These people are garbage they think that they can do what ever they please and they cant. Buying old debts and trying to collect on them, that is not a very good practice.

I receive prerecorded messages on a business line from 757-271-2746, 757-215-1920, and 804-657-5050. They are all from the same company, although the message identifies Ms. Allen, Sherry Martinez, and John Sanders. Via a Google search I discovered that they appear to be debt collectors. I immediately filed a complaint with the FCC because they violate Federal laws: they do not identify themselves as debt collectors, they do not specify the name of the company the caller represents, and they do not specify for whom they are leaving the message. I would encourage anyone who receives such messages to go to the FCC website and file a complaint!

I was contacted by David Wells 757-271-2746who wished to speak with my husband (who at the time was at work) David Wells asked me if i was his wife, I explained to Mr. Wells that I was not up for speaking to himabout any of my husbands debts, he called back 2 more times.David Wells was so extremly rude to me, he talked over me, he yelled at me he demanded info about my husbands employment or where abouts, yet he refused to disclose where he was calling from or what the call was about, he yelled at me even louder, I explained to him that I do not have to listen to this, this was not my debt, he yelled into the phone call the police, call the police! then he stated he had no desire to talk with me and hung up on me, he talked over me and treated me like a child i was to stop talking when he started even if i was initially talking. to make a long story short he will not be able to conduct buisness efficiently if he is going to berate people. i got the #804-657-5050 from one of the previous complaints on this page, i called it and i was able to find out the company's name was CKS financial.

Just an update to my previous post, I went to CKS financial website (googled it) i posted basically what i posted on this site and I was contacted by John Sanders via email. He gave me his cellphone# and i called and talked to him about what happened I can tell he was genuine and sincere, he stated that all of his calls were recorded and assured me that he does not tolerate this behavior, so if you have a similar experiance or want to share anything google CKS financial and go to the "contact us" part and leave him a message he will personally call you back.

I called the number listed above and after being transferred a few times I spoke to the owner who was actually pleasant and explained they were not accelerated financial solutions. He stated there are so many directory listings on the internet and such that its hard to get the listing changed but that he was not affiliated with them.

my wife and i have recieved several calls last week from this number.  Some said it was an "Amber" calling about an arbitrary matter, then the last call was from a "Ms. Allen" being very rude stating have not returned the call.  None of the calls identified themselves as debt collectors or the company name!  I cannot find anything on the number or who it belongs to either!  I will file a complaint with the FCC.!

So if a credit card bill is 8 yrs. or older they can Not collect? Does this pertain to any othr bills?

Also just received a phone call from this number.  If it is CKS financial they have recently changed from the 202 number.  In any event they are still trying to reach someone else at my cell number.  I made a dumb mistake a few months back of actually returning the phone call from my work number and mentioning that they had a wrong number.  Now I get CKS calls at work.

I just received a phone call from this number.  I let it go to voicemail since I didn't recognize it.  When I listened to the voicemail it was the very end of an automated message telling me to call this number.  I feel it more then likely is CKS Financial because they've called me before from other phone numbers.  They used to call my work constantly and when I wouldn't answer they would press 0 and go into my company's main customer service.  After they got someone they would basically ask that person to track me down.  It's nice that they decided to try and use another phone number since they know I'm used to the old one.  They are probably calling about VERY old credit card debt that is about to reach it's 8 year expire date where they can't collect on it any longer.

Now it seems that they are referring to themselves at CKS Financial.  (John Sanders)

The phone number you are referring to belongs to a debt collector going by "Sanders and Associates". Since "Accelerated Financial" is also a debt collector, I think it is safe to assume that S&A once had that name if they don't now use it.
