callls and hangs up without saiding anything

This number calls and hangs up everytime I answer. When I call back I get an automated message for Bank of America.

Same number continuously calling me as well. I answered it and the person on the other end claimed to be from Bank of America. After listening to him "TRY" to read his script I could tell something wasn't right. He offered me Identity theft protection and was asking where I live and things like that. I gave him a bunch of phony info and then told him No.

This number repeatedly calls my home phone and never leaves a message. They call as late at 830 pm and as early as 8 am. I had 5 calls when I got home from work, all from this number
