message said something real fast then asked if i would except the charges, you got to be kidding. what i dont know is how do they get the cell numbers and even more so how do they manage to get on my e mail leaving the number to call, im not calling, i smell a rat.

Keep getting calls from a Kimberly at 757-392-2095 and 757-392-2096.  Same line about an important file for a "Martin VanWinkle"  I am not Martin VanWinkle. I don't know a Martin VanWinkle. It appears to me that every time one of these scavengers sells a file to another one, they start calling everyone in the country with the same last name.  There has to be a way to stop them.

Caller has called me every day for the past two weeks. I'm getting really sick of these harrassing calls. The caller has never left a message on my cell phone, but has also called my mother, father and both brothers. This is ridiculous! The caller has left messages on all other phone numbers, but refuses to leave one on my phone. Messages claim it is a pending matter and they need my final statement before they can proceed. This person also leaves a claim number to call back with. Won't even leave a company name! I will be reporting this phone number to BBB. I'm sick of the harrasment.

Sounds like a scam. I told them i dont know them from a hole in the ground and to remove me from their calling list. Then somehow they called my house. I changed my voice and told them they had the wrong number.

Called here asking for another name we've never heard of. Same line about files and.... blah blah blah.

I have been receiving calls from this number with the message that they have to get a affidavit from me prior to handling the matter.  They include a reference number and the same number to contact back.  They have started calling my dad's phone too.  They are just sooo annoying!!!!!!  I had this debt discharged with my bankruptcy.....quit calling me and harassing my family....

I got this call and it was a message for my ex husband.  They also called my daughter, my son in law, my son in law's mother and my mother leaving the same message.  This seems like it has to be illegal.  I answered it the third time they called and went off on the guy with some unmentionable language.  How immoral this company must be to bother folks like my mother who is 80 for a debt from a husband I divorced in 1998!!

Who or whom ever, what why and where you called me and all the other people listed under your abuse blog...I am just suggesting, you should stop, as each blogger will read this, if you continue to call your so called list of contacts and whatever it is pertaining to you are on the fault line of a solicitors felony, where you can be fined up to and over 1,000 and up to one year in federal prison for fraud, misrepresentation, harrassment, and infringments on federal law of the privacy act.  Yes, the privacy act is still a common law, no matter what people think our former Pres Bush tried to scam.  Hmm, does that word sound familiar scam?  As in harrasment, and a little company called the FTC? as in the Federal Trade Commision.  I have reported your company names, telephone number to the FTC, Chicago Police dept, as well as the ATT Anomy. Call bureau,   If that doesn't help you in re-defining your work ethics, I can name and report you to a few other agencies that might get your attention to stop unethical and harrassing phone calls.   Please, in this day and age, can't you find a better more productive way to earn a living?  Shameful.  "do what you got to do until it ain't no more"  but remember karma is great and God is even greater, you can pull all the stunts you want all your days on earth but this much I know is truth, judgement day will come for us all.  I am not judging you just  stating facts, trying to help you become a better and more prodcutive service and protecting my fellow man/woman and child from such horrific forms of greed.

Caller ID says "Virginia Call". Caller asked for Jennifer. I told her she had the wrong number. She knew my last name, asked if this was that residence, and I told her use. She then asked if I knew a Jennifer Harshbarger and I told her no. She said Jennifer had given this phone number as a reference?

I had my husband call this number and he found out it was a debt collector for Columbia House. They keep calling even though we have told them they have the wrong number!!!

This number is not associated with Joe Campile!!!!!!!  Every time he must get into trouble this is the number that is called!!  I WANT IT STOPPED  This is harrasment!!!!

Harassing phone calls about "my file' to my home, cell and mom's house.

Caller left a message saying to call Victoria back at above number, left a case number. Caller then called my Mom leaving the same message. Very rude people. Then they called my Ex-Mother in-law and said same to her! She said I had a debt amount, and I should check my credit score. I knew I didn't and was glad I keep up with my credit score! I saw online it's illegal to call family members, even to say they will call family members. The caller ie; Ashley, Victoria, or Micheal says it is legal. I hung up and will be calling my Lawyer!

Similar call saying she needed to speak with a Michael as a statement was needed prior to scheduling a matter which need processing immediately.

Called asking to speak to Donna and then asked to verify my last four digits of SSN (which were wrong) and asked if I lived in Bristol, FL. Wanted to discuss a matter with this person but not sure why they called my cell phone. Very odd

Person called my home and cell looking for a Mr. Hampton. I do not know a Mr. Hampton but though it was odd to get a call from both since my cell is a MO. number and my home is a TX. number
