I have advised this "company" to stop calling me or I would be forced to take legal action.  I was offered an extended warranty by this company, but the cost is prohibitive; and there is a waiting period before one can utilize said warranty. The calls continue unabated, although I no longer even answer.  I believe this fits the legal definition of harassment.  Why would a legitimate business continue to act in such a manner that would cause them legal peril?

Strange sounding guy, asked for my mother.  Told him she couldn't come to the phone and he hung up.

Answered on the 2nd ring and they hung up right away.
