Appears to me "an International telephone research" firm. Of course, since the "customer" could be anyone? They won't ever be talking to me, let's all see if we can put an end to companies that invade the privacy and quietude of our homes. When it comes to telephone surveys, "Just Say NO". (ok, "HELL NO!")
WE are what they have to sell. If WE don't "give it up" for free, they have nothing to sell.
