Called me too, when asked if he was a part of the city water Co. he gave a double negative answer, then I asked yes or no are you connected with the city, reply Yes. Then asked for his # and found out he is a retail dealer on the web. Systems running about $2000-$3000 but not sure their web page does not give prices.

This is a water treatment company that are vague about who they are.  They make it seem like they're from the city and need to test your water, then you make the appointment, they come in and try to sell you stuff.
