I didn't get a call from this # but found a charge on my bank account called ESMARTTAX/757-493-8855. I reported it to my bank as fraud.

I have gotten several voicemails about tech support for a kiosk. and many more missed calls from them. Finally called today and spoke with a receptionist and asked for my number to be removed and for them to stop calling me. She took down my phone number and said she would put it on "the list" whatever that means. I have never been affiliated with Liberty tax so I don't know how they got my number.

I work for an accounting/tax office not associated or affiliated with Liberty Tax. Didn't leave a message other than "the owner is expecting my call and will know what it is about". Shady.

This number has been calling me for weeks. I finally answered and they mumbled something something "tech Support" when I asked her to repeat it I still couldn't understand her. She asked for "ann" and when I told her she had the wrong number she hung up. When I called them back it was Liberty Tax.

Received a call today during lunch, but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a message. If they wanted to know about my satisfaction, they should have called back in April.

This is a caller from Liberty Tax Service with a 10 second survey on your experience with Liberty Tax Service. The man who I spoke with was very nice, and asked simple questions based on a 1 - 5 scale (5 being the best) as to how satisfied I was with the tax service.
