I am an educated, non-"loser", adult woman who actually does not owe any sort of loan or collections to your so-called company. You may call yourself educated, but that doesn't mean you have any common sense.

Half of the people on here have stated they don't have any loans that this company is claiming. While that may not be true, in some cases (like mine), this is.

When my family first received calls from your company I first asked myself, why can you not contact me directly? Are you cowardly? You've mentioned previously that you will address any file complaint on the site if made public. Please, let's make your information public. I'd love to see all of your personal information all over the internet for anyone to claim and do what they please with. Will it also show your job history? I hope so, because I'd love to see how someone gets into your line of work.

I called the loan company directly that you supposedly claimed I took money from. They have no record of your company nor do they outsource to anyone by your name. I even called the company they outsource to who has also never heard of you. When I requested that your company send me notification of their claim, their legal proceedings, etc. I heard nothing. Now, I am no lawyer, but I am smart enough to know what rights I have and I am not so clueless to realize I took out a loan when I didn't. Your company even threatened to put a warrant out for my arrest because of fraud.

Lucky for you, I work in a field where my connections happen to be in finance and law. You have no legal proceedings to do such a thing and by not complying with my request to produce proof, you are actually acting illegally. While I would love to actually take you to court for the treatment I have received, you are actually so far beneath me that I won't even waste my time. Instead, I will write one message to you to ensure you know that you are scum of the earth. Any further time dealing with you is frankly, a waste.

So PAY YOUR BILLS, let's really get down to what is going on here. You take pride in your "beautiful office" and work. You are a bully. "We will target you. We have your information and will use it using any means necessary." Essentially, you try to put food on the table with money that you have stolen from others, justified or not, and then respond by bullying people over the internet. Is that what you call your job? I bet you can take great pride in describing to your children what you do each day.

Regardless if these people owe money or not, they do not deserve to be harassed over the phone, over the internet, even lied to. They do not deserve to have their personal information taken advantage of by your so-called company. Furthermore, they don't deserve to have to deal with such lowly people like yourself and your company.

These ignorant jag offs called me today about 30 times in a row.  I have nasty messages from them and I am going to the police and whoever else I need to go to to get these people arrested.  I have never taken out a loan so I know for sure they are lying.  This is a scam!

On July 13, 2012 the BBB received documentation from Mr. Scudder stating Mr. Greg Emminger was the owner of National Credit Works.

Regional Credit Solutions has been the subject of a pattern of consumer complaints brought to their attention by the BBB alleging aggressive collection calls concerning the wrong person, prompting requests for the calls to stop. The company has responded to most complaints by removing the consumers phone number from their database, however one still remains unanswered.

You are an outright liar. They are not a legit company and are not accredited collectors. They were able to phish out information and are illegally calling people over old or phony debts.

This company is actually legit. I seen there office, they just have a few a***oles, but I walked in my credit card payment and were real nice...even though I did hear someone talking nasty on the phone. The front office rep was real professionall

This company contacted my aunt in texas and told her that she was put as a reference. I wouldn't do that. I do not talk to ber that often so why would 8 do that. I do not bel8eve that this is legit. I am calling them back today to ask them to send me proof and if they can't I will send them a seist and deise letter. I am unemployed and do not have money for a lawyer so idk what to do right now.

I wouldn't worry too much about going to court, those are just empty threats. They have been threatening to do that to my relative for months now. They still call my house every day and are very abusive. It's just a matter of time before someone sues the pants off Ms Coleman and the whole company.

I have been paying rcs and when i had to make the last payment they told me that my contract wasn't there nomore. And then I tried to tell them it would ne better on my next check but they keep rushing telling me it has to be last week cause they are going to take me to court.

I keep getting calls from RCS because they're trying to contact a relative of mine. they got my number from the phone book. they have called everyday for the past two weeks. the first time I politely agreed to give my relative the message and asked them not to call me anymore. this lady has since called me everyday for the past week. I keep telling her to stop calling me but she insists that she's going to keep doing it because "she can." She said my request is irrelevant, and she will continue to call me until my relative contacts her. I keep telling her I have done my part and to leave me alone but she won't. I have a sick child who sleeps a lot during the day, and the landline phone wakes her up. She is the only person who ever calls that phone as we only have a home phone in case of emergency and so that my husband can contact me while he's at work without calling my cell phone. I explained all of that to her and she said blatantly responded "so what." I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life, and I am not even the person they are trying to collect from!!! These calls have become a major nuisance in my already stressful life...therefore I am pursuing a lawsuit against them.  I have already contacted an attorney and filed complaints with the VA Attorney General and BBB.

I just got an automated message on my phone answering machine today from Regional Credit Solutions.  The number called from was (360) 350-5921.  They are using the phone services of Aptela, Inc.  My caller ID came up with that name.  When I googled it, I discovered that Aptela, Inc. sell phone services.  If I were Aptela, Inc., I would be dropping these people like a hot potato.  While reading the many pages of posts, I was interested to discover that someone had talked to a man named Mr. Ahmad.  Funny, for 3 months now, I been getting tons of emails (spam) about obvious scams involving money that was supposed to be mine, money for victims, and many other scenarios. The spelling is atrocious.   About half are foreign in address, but are forwarded off of a U.S. email.  I have been forwarding all of  them to the F.B.I. at spam@uce.gov.  This is the kicker - one of the names used in the emails fairly often has been Mr. Ahmad.  I wonder if there is a connection?!  If they are trying to get personal information, this would be a very sneaky way of getting it.  (Just a thought.)  I will continue to not answer any phone call that isn't labeled and I don't recognize the number.  I am so glad that phones have address books and caller ID that can keep you informed when an acquaintance is calling!!!  I will be calling the Virginia Attorney General and sending a cease and desist letter.  Thanks for all your information.

Phone number not the 757. Interesting though. Googled "Regional Care Solutions" and this page popped up!  Perhaps one in the same scam. Getting automated calls from a 'Regional Credit Solutions', requesting callback to phone number 1-855-837-9962 reguarding a Pedro Dias  (DEE-AOZ) (?).  Re an account 225062. (?)

No idea who this dude is or what is going on. Have had my phone number many years, left messages at contact number, but still get calls about this 'Pedro'.

Time for action towards 9962.  FCC. ATT. BBB. Clark Howard. CNN. etc

Although, if they insist on terrorizing you have fun with it.  I certainly am.  Here is an approxamation of their last call:

'Mr Dan': If you do not pay us before 6pm today-
Me: Oh! Hey Dan!  How's life?  You watch the game Thursday?
"Mr Dan":I am serious, if you do not pay us we WILL press charges-
Me: ah that's okay, the Steelers were playing like crap anyway.  You a steelers fan Dan?
"Mr Dan": If you do not take this seriously-
Me: Are you kidding me? I never joke about the Black and Gold!

and just kept up with it til he hung up.  Hasn't called back in a week.

Yeah, I actually fell for this scam.  I got the "we will have you arrested' call, the day my identity got stolen and my bank account got cleared out, thus preventing me from paying on a payday loan I was already a few weeks overdue on.  Being 22 at the time I believed the lie, because I was terrified it was true, and already reeling from my identity theft and stressing over my overdue loan.

Like a sucker I sent them the moneygram for an amount I'm too ashamed to admit, only to be called about a week later by my ACTUAL moneylender, asking me when I was planning on paying them back.  So even if your company was on the up and up, you never gave the money you collected to my lender.  so either you are scam artists or a legitimate company who stole my money.

Anyway, I took the whole thing as a life lesson to research before making decisions under duress, but wouldn't you know it, 2 months later (after paying off my debt to my REAL creditor) I start getting these calls again, informing me that I will be sued in civil court for a debt I supposedly already paid TWICE.

Explain that Mr. PAYDAYLOANS? If your company IS legit then why did they take my money and then insist I was giving them a *fake* confirmation number?  and why did they keep calling me long after my debt was paid off?

I had an encounter with this company today. I was told I made an agreement (not true) then the lady(asian) told me that all you people do is steal money and to go back to my ghetto. I did not deserve this kind of treatment.

Receive a call from them once a day. They are calling about a debt from 2006. Advised them that you cannot send someone to jail for a debt (I don't think they know that debtor prisons ended in the 1800's). My state's Statue of Limitations is for 6 years for a written agreement. So besides threats and listening to my voicemail message every day there is not anything they can do. And even if the debt was legitimate I would not pay them and go directly to the original creditor instead. These people are the scum of the earth. Ignore the calls or if you are feeling sporty listen to them and just say things to annoy them.

I don't have a lot of money but if someone starts a suit against RCS I will help pay attorney fees! They are calling my 93 year old grandmother scaring the hell out of her! They're going to pay for messing with my family!

Did you know the company you love and take 'pride' in, has FBI and many local police cases open. It is a scam. If the company makes mistake, like call people the wrong names, and/or can not tell who the original lender was, it is obviously bogus. Beyond that, harassing friends, family and employers with legal threats, is against the law.

I've been trying to understand how anyone, in the states, is willing to work for a company that is breaking the law, and being investigated. My only conclusion is that they are extremely naive and in dyer need of a job. For the sake of your freedom, please stop before you are arrested as an accomplice.

Please advise us, as a group and as individuals what we can do when these folks persistently call.  Do we even know which creditor they work for?

This company is contacting me regarding someone I went to highschool with. I told them that I do not associate with the person, don't know them, haven't known them since highschool, and told them to remove me from their calling list.  They refuse and have continue calling numerous times a week.  They say they have the right to call once a day... but that is only true if YOU are the person they are trying to collect from.  This is harassment and it is illegal.  Now they are making the mnistake of harassing military and federal personnel.  There will end up being a class action lawsuit filed agains RCS.  I've already filled complaints with the Better Business Bureaus in several states that the company has done business out of.  I would highly recommend anyone being harassed by this company take the time to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and your state General Attorney's Office. Enough is enough.  Collecting a debt is one thing, but when you are not associated with the debtor whatsoever and this company continues to threaten police action, judgements, etc. against YOU, it is ILLEGAL and their company needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! We do not have to take this type of abuse from any person in the public, so why would we take it from a company? This company thinks they have power by intimidation, but they have no power to do anything but threaten you.  Great opportunity to sue for health problems caused by stress of their continual calls and threats... hmmmm?

Harassing phone calls.i do not owe nobody and just checked my credit.

RCS had called 14 times in the last 7-8 weeks, 757-777-3333, leaving messages to have my Atty call them and left a File # , saying, it has been referred to an investigator for review. Could hardy understand the name left on the Voice mail. Called FTC and reported them. I was given a Reference # and was advised not to pick up the phone when they call (w/c I have done all the time). TOTAL SCAM.
