I to was called yesterday. I ask them for a address so I can come see who I took a loan from. The were rude and after about 10 min of talking trying to find info they hung up on me. Wish I had a address

calls saying I took out loan and had no intentions of paying so I committed fraud and the sheriff is on the way to arrest me.  Says they were bell and harper law firm in Claremont Virginia

757-866-1080 has called my place of employment threaten a law suit and when confronted they told me i would be arrested tomorrow , over a pay day loan they said i owed and i have never took out a payday loan this needs to stop , NOW

They told me the samething its very annoying and the should get a life like really you can't play with people's life like that it's absurd...

I have received threatening calls from a foreigner saying I am going to be arrested if I don't reply and give my address and bank account to pay an loan that I supposedly took out on line, Please stop block this number. Thanks

I just had a trace done in this number. Those of you who have been dealing with these idiots continue to inform the FBI these jerks are stealing information. Trust and believe a law suit is coming. This man's accent was ridiculous and he was rude.

Please be very cautious when recieving a phone call from this number. The person on the line will state that you're being sued for some outlandish dollar amount. He/she won't be willing to give you any contact information or will give you bogus information. They will try their best to get information from you, don't give in. Continue to ask questions to find out information about the source of this alleged debt. Anyone who is looking to sue you will reach you via Certified mail. I've called several governmental agencies, and there is really no way of them tracking these criminals down.

I keep getting a call from this number the guy is very rude.he said he is mark smith from the attorneys office.and i am having a case on me for a loan.and that i need to pay 9000 dollars or go to jail

Just happened to me too and I filed a complaint with consumerfinance.gov.  This is unacceptable.

My son just received the same call- said he was from an attorneys office-with a thick indian accent. But would not identify the attorney. Said my son was involved in a criminal case. When he refused to give any information about where he was calling from my son hung up on him. He called my son back from same number and was very harrassing. So I called the # and asked what law firm they were affiliated with. The female who answered simply identified their businees as "attorney law firm". I asked the name of the law firm and was asked for my #. Which I did not give. I explained that my son had been contacted from their # and harrassed. And wanted to know who and where they were calling from. The female then shouted to someone else. I could hear the commotion of other calls in the background. So I asked her if she was at a call center. She told me "Instead of using your brain have your attorney contact us".  I told her no attorney would be calling her because we are not affiliated with a case and that this whole deal was a scam of some sort- and I intended on reporting them. Also advised my son to block the number and not accept any calls.

SERIOUSLY???  11 times in 2minutes (no message left-cause I black listed them) yesterday afternoon???.  These guys are a real hemroids...  Hopefully, The Federal Trade Commission will do something about people like this are dealt with???

This guy with a very thick middle eastern accent, identifies himself as Danny "C'' with (mumbles) Law Firm and claims I am being Sued, I asked by whom?  He sez it doesn't matter at this time and wanted all my pertinent info, I told him I couldn't accept personal calls at work and asked that he NOT callback.  Within in 2 minutes time he called my work number repeatedly and left 2 very stern-demanding voice mails, (which I am keeping for future references)..  That authorities would be at my addresses on Monday with warrants for my arrest of a Fraud felony...  I immediately called my local Law Enforcement and reported it after looking up the 2 numbers that have called my personal cell number and employer number THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!  This number and 773-658-9109  DO NOT ANSWER EITHER ONE and save your voice mails, and report them to your local law enforcement agency and the Federal Trade Commission...

This guy chinese person keeps calling harassing me and my family with threats i told him i will call the police if he continues to call he called a few times more times then he stopped calling for now. But will probably call again tommorrow.

I have had several calls from this saying I would arrested for not paying 5000 back after several attempts to reach me, I ask when was I suppose to have received this money and he  said he was the attnorny office and did not know.

This guy just  called me and left a msg stating if i dont call back I will be arrested. His name was Roget Davis and he said he is from a law office. These ppl r for real scammers.

Got a call saying I would be arrest if I didn't call back and said that I was being sued!!!! Would not give me the address of law firm.

I have been getting calls for a week from this number, asking for my husband. The male's thick accent kinda gives a lot away and the mass callers' and voices in the background. I can hear the people in the background asking to talk to people. The caller says he is Roger Davis from the IRS and that my husband should not disregard this message saying that he will be in trouble. Then gives the phone number and hangs up. About the 10th call I got today I decided to answer. The same male is calling asking for my husband, I asked to take a message and he says he is Roger Davis from Bell and Harper Law Firm. Says that my husband must call him back. He changed his voice during the call. So I changed my voice, got on the internet while talking to him and asked what the address is to the law firm, he said huh, I asked where the law firm is. He said can you do me a favor and I said what? he said "tell "your husband" he will be arrested within the next 24 hours" I told him he is a scammer and I'm calling the FBI.  He hung up !!!!

SHE NEVER GIVES HER NUMBER OUT BECAUSE OF THESES REASONS.THIS RUDE PERSON ALSO CALLED THE HOUSE PHONES & ASKED FOR ME,THESE NUMBERS ARE NEW & HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN TO ANYONE,
 I HAVE NOTIFIED THE FBI & THEY ARE GOING TO INVESTIGATE.SO IF THE PERSON WHO HAS CALLED SEES THIS MESSAGE I SUGGEST THAT YOU STOP BECAUSE YOU WILL BE CAUGHT.THIS IS HARRASSMENT & YOU WILL BE FACING CHARGES.
