I am now concerned that they will use whatever info they have ..which , by the way, lately things have been ordered with my credit card without my my knowing. Please advise.

Just got a call from 757-905-0137 and it was a bad connection, as if the call really originated overseas.  Man with a thick accent said he wanted to order 5-10 mattresses.  I gave him a quote and he said he'd like to purchase them and then make his own freight arrangements.  ANYTIME we get requests from "customers" wanting to arrange their own freight shipping, WE KNOW IT'S A SCAM.  I told him we do not work that way & he said goodbye.

This number calls me once or twice a week. Caller ID comes up National Service. Answered one time, they said it is the company that handles my magazines. Told them I do not get any magazines, so stop calling, but still calls, I just don't answer. Very annoying!

They call twice a week and when I answer there is no one there.  I call the number back and the voice mailbox is full. I don't know who it is only that it comes from Virginia.

i get a call from them at least 2 times a month. I think they are just checking to see if the # is still in service, but I do agree it is annoying

I get calls from this number almost daily at various hours of the day. Usually I just pick up and hang up but when I do stay on the line there is nobody on the other end.  My caller ID shows that the caller is National Service. Those of us in this household work shifts and these calls are very annoying. I am on the national and state Do Not Call lists but these calls are still made. I want them to stop.

These idiots call day and night.  They woke up at 6 AM the other day.  Apparently they are slaves to money.  The company is National Service Corp in Virginia.  Maybe we should call them day and night to let them see what it is like receiving annoying phone calls.

MY caller ID shows this number many times.  I answered it today just to hopefully call it to a halt.  They said they were not selling anything, but it was in reference to magazines.  I told them all my magazines were bought through DialAmerica.  After needless chitchat inquiring about how long I had been married and why and children, etc..... I told them I was busy and since they were not selling anything and I was not buying anything, it was nice talking to them and I hung up.

I made the mistake of falling into this trap a long time ago and am still trying to get out of it. I know... I know... I'm Stupid! Word to the wise... If you get a call from these people RUN! I was young and dumb and thought I was getting some free magazines and then when I realized they were charging my account I tried to call and cancel the "subscription". They told me that because I didn't cancel within the first 30 days that I now had to pay $600.00 to cancel. Really? After telling the guy that I didn't know what was going on until after 30 days and that I wanted them to stop the transactions he started cussing me out, dropping the F bomb and everything and then he hung up on me. I think the only way for me to get out of this is to report my card as stollen and hopefully that will stop the harrassement and charges on my account. I think about all this crap now and want to kick myself for being so stupid. I guess that's what happens when your young and nieve.

I tried calling back after I ignored their call. Received an answering machine immediately with a full inbox.

I think I've reported this multiple times....please make them stop as it's ignoring.  Plus I've signed up for DO NOT DISTURB but apparantely doesn't work.

Call and if you answer no one is there...call occassionally.

When I get one of this type of call I immediately push the talk and then the off button.  It sounds like a hang up to them.  Or if the call is on my cell phone I immediately open then close the cover disconnecting them and it sounds like a hang up to them.

I, too, keep getting the calls from somewhere in Virginia, but have yet to get a reply when I answer the phone.  There is no company name on my caller ID, just "Virginia".  It's thouroughly disgusting!

STOP CALLING

I get these calls all the time -when I answer, nobody responds. I have a tracphone and need to have this party to STOP calling...

I get a call from this number about once a week. Whenever I don't know the number I answer with this is "Jeff" and they generall hang up. Leads me to believe they are looking for someone specific that isn't me. Very annoying and I have not found a way to get off their list.

This phone number keeps calling every week day in the morning... I pick up and the never respond and just hang up. I have called back but it dirrects me to a machine saying the extention number something is not available and says to leave a messege. I reserched this number and it says that alot off ppl are getting calls from this number saying that they sell magacines. Why does this number still excist calling ppl if they keep doing this same harrasing/prank everytime...

No answer when I picked up........have no idea who it is, but these calls are getting more annoying all the time

I just received another call from this number.  No mesage was left.  PLEASE STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!!!

I have received this call more than once.  No one is ever there, and the call disconnects after a few seconds.  I don't know who they are or what they want, but I want them to stop calling me.

UGH this # calls my work 5 times a day... we have 13 lines in the office and we are always getting these calls... they are just never there once i say hello a 2nd time... PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!

Scam, they lie saying they handle you magazine accounts, soliciting magazine subscriptions or renewals at 200% more than buying or renewing directly with publisher. Also they can add other mysterious charges for mystery services, buyers clubs.

I have had many magazines in the past twenty years and the publishers never call for a renewal it is done with mail.

They call weekly I dont answer the phone

They called me this morning.  I answered and they hung up right away.  These type of calls are really annoying.

The same as everyone else: They call, I answer, they hang up.  At least once a week.
