I Paid You $600 on October 1st. I (Lawrence Connor) moved out on October 13th.
I lived at your address only for the first half of October 2007, but not in the second half.

You agreed to reimburse me half the rent money for October 2007 but haven't honored it.

I gave you notice on Sunday October 7th that I was moving out on Saturday October 13th, 2007. I did.
This took place between Renato Macasieb & myself Lawrence Connor in dealing with Renato Macasieb.
I moved out from your place I had been living at for well over two years on Saturday October 13, 2007.
We talked about this at length on October 01, that you insisted I get out ASAP. I also gave you notice.
I informed you on Sun. Oct. 7th, of my final move out date Sat. Oct. 13th, when I asked for money back.
I told you that I was moving out on Saturday October 13th, as I did, and also for that money back to me.
I told you I expected to be reimbursed $300 which is half the rent money for October that I already paid.
You, Renato Macasieb, agreed with me in direct discussion you would pay back $300 when I moved out.
Renato Macasieb, you agreed to pay me back $300 because I moved out at your insistence
halfway through October 2007.   I paid for the full month of October up front in cash $600
on Monday October 1st, so $300 back to me is only right.   You agreed to that before I moved out.
You haven't yet paid me back the $300 that you had agreed to with me already. I still await that now.
I have tried many times to contact you since, and you have ignored my calls without any return call.
I have also left messages for you.   Settle up fairly.   My phone number is 375-0326.   Thanks.
