This number calls at least once a day and when I answer they hang up.

Keeps calling my number at least 4 times a day and does not leave message.  I want these call to stop.

They keep calling about my car warranty expiring --- when i pushed one to speak to a representative and got connected -- the guy hung up on me as soon as i said to stop calling.

I have been receiving calls from this number. I believe it is the same one that said I was late in paying on my cell account. The caller wanted my social security number. The caller is persistent. I received calls during the week and on weekends.

Same crap.  Did the same as Glen mulitple times.  They just hang up, can't get them to stop.  I guess we need to sue them.

757-990-8980 called and a recording said the factory warranty on my car was about to expire.  when i was connected to a human they asked for the year make and model of my car.  I asked for the name of the person they were trying to contact.  They said, "the home owner.  now ma'am what is the year make and model of your car".  I told them they had called a business, not a residence, and if they didn't know the year make and model then how could they possibly know the warranty situation.  she had no answer.  I asked to talk to a manager.  She asked why.  I said because obviously this is a solicitation call and I want it stopped.  She took a snotty tone of voice and sarcastically told me I didn't need a manager for that and to have a nice day and then she hung up on me.  I called the number back and got a recording saying that number was not in service.

repeated calls re: car warranty expiration (recording). My car is brand new and nothing has expired yet. Is there a way to prevent this?  I am already supposed to be on the "do not call" list

Called two days in a row in a condo I rented in Maui. Nothing on the other side when I pick up.

Called me about a month ago, ID came up as Virginia- I answered cuz some of my friends live there, got a recording about car warrenties So i hung up. Got one a few minutes ago and it said this was my last notification before they closed on my vehicle

757-990-8980 is a scam.  They call stating "my" car warranty is about to expire and this is the "final" call to extend my warranty.  They're trying to sell car warranties for up to 100,000 miles.  I bought a 100,000 mile warranty from the dealer and am no where near 100,000.  So far they haven't taken me off of their phone list even though I've told them to.  and they keep calling me at work.

They constantly call my cell phone. I believe theres about a dozen or more phone numbers that they call from. They have been calling off and on since I bought my car in May 2007. Every few months they start back up.

My co-workers & I have been getting calls with this recorded msg regardning "vechilce factory warranty," since Jan 30 2008 (Our offcice phones keep record).  One time I pressed 2 & stayed on the line to speak with a representative, however no one ever picked up & I was sent to a voicemail box to live my info and supposedly someone call me back.  I did not leave a message & suggest no one does.  This could just be some odd prank call or a scam looking to get your info....Wish I knew how to stop them...PS I've gotten the same recording from these area codes too: 973;916;905;702 & 603

This number just called my office phone.  I asked the name of their company to 'confirm that they're the same company' as my own (of course, it isn't, but I just wanted the name of their company), and they said 'Dillard Services'.  I can't find their company.  However, they also call on my cell phones (including my 13 year old son's phone).  All of these numbers are on the Do Not Call list, so I'm reporting them to whoever I can.

called a few phone companies and the best awnser i got was that they somehow make money off of us when we pick up the phone. i have metro pcs so it is no big deal for me. but for those of you who don't have unlimited plans i would be careful. that could be b.s. and they told me something to get me off the phone but i thought it was worth sharing. this VA, number is annoying the crap out of me. 5 calls in 3 days. call back dissconected.

KEEPS CALLING MY OFFICE NUMBER AND HANGING UP, BUT NO UNTIL I HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH MY WHOLE "GREETING" FOR THE COMPANY.  VERY ANNOYING!
