The person who is using mobile or landline number 758 729 7848 claims to be Director Finance of Norton Finance Company whvch is a U.K. registered company located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The company disowns this Director Finance named Dr. Patrick Goddard. He is a cheat and fraud offering unsecured loans at low interest rates to foreign clients and signs agreement which undertakes the finance company to transfer the loan wvthin 24 hours after receipt of the loan processing fee of GBP 543.12 for a unsecured loan of GBP 5000/- Once the agreement is signed and the payment is remitted through Western Union to his nominated accounts offvcer then comes the surprise. Demand for more money for tax registration though not mentioned in the agreement and hence the first violation,then if the money charged for tax registration for non-residents at GBP728 and again another promise to transfer the funds within 24-48 hours after receipt of tax registration fee and yet again default and demand for another hold up now stating from IMF. So it goes on. When reminded of violation of agreement and seek refund,first a disclaimer is sought and then refund but that never happens and one keeps on making calls,sending mails and reminders. Sometime a new date given if by mistake the phone gets attended by Dr. Patrick Goddard otherwise call will not be attended and mail replies will never be sent.
