I get several calls a month from this number.  No one is ever there to speak to.  Sounds automated.  Most annoying and sounds like a phish.  I don't pick it up anymore.  No idea where it's really from.

THE NUMBER CALLS BUT SAY ANYTHING. THEY DON'T HANG UP UNLESS I DO.

This caller left a msg and it was regarding a "an important msg about a timeshare we own."  Nothing about photography, unless this number is being spoofed/masked somehow.  Not calling them back...

I keep receiving calls from 760-203-1507.  When my husband answers the phone, no one is there.  The last call I got was at 9:15pm.  Even though I am on the DNC List, I thought there would be no marketing calls after 9:00pm.

Got a call from 760-203-1507 moments ago.  Whoever it was hung up after I answered.  Just prior to this I answered a call from 866-898-2355 and some guy calling from there was telling me that because I own a Time Share they wanted to offer me a vacation deal somewhere for $198.  They wre some type of 5 star world resort something or other.  I told him we are not interested and hung up, then got the call from the 760 number.  We are on the state and national Do Not Call lists.

Never leaves a message. Keeps calling despite being told I do not want to sell my timeshare.

I just received a call from this number. I did not pick up but i searched for the number on Google. They left a message. The girl introduced herself as Danielle with time shares from Palm Springs, CA. She said that she needed to get some information from me and asked to call her back at 888-464-2992. Hope this helps anyone who is trying to get a hold of the people on the other side.

i just started receiving calls from this # and they don't answer, i call back and the mailbox is full. i kept calling back and no answer. finally they turned off the phone. so i just did what they were doing to me i guess they got tired of their phone ringing. good i hope they stop calling me.

Calls come in from 760-203-1507 from foreign individuals asking about timeshares you may own.  If you express interest you get a call back from the same number from someone that actually speaks english and will leave a call back number of 888-464-2992 which you can call and demand that they remove your number from their database.

8/6/09  We receive calls from 760-203-1507 out of area, constantly.  We are on the DNC list, also. No message is left on our recorder. Googled: Nan Dowling Photography, in CA, is listed as owning this number. Hope someone of authority will finally stop these calls.  I never answer the phone.

These people have been calling for weeks.  They are asking if I'm interested in selling my timeshare.  I said "yes.  I'd love to work with some jerk in a boiler room who violates the DNC list.  Let's do business!"

He continued with his scripted spiel.  I interrupted him to let him know again that he was violating the DNC list.  He said "Oh, really, you're on the DNC list?  Are you still interested in selling?"

I hung up.

I have been getting 3 or 4 calls a week for several weeks now and no one responds.  On a call back I got the same "mailbox is full" except for tonight.  I left a not so nice message.  I did a reverse lookup and it claimed to be from Bridgeport California.  None of the prefixes in Bridgeport use 203 and I wasn't going to pay the $4.95 for more "free" info.  I am now blocking the number and will not be bothered again.  Where would you complain about something like this?

Same story  ... multiple calls - no one on the other end.  The DNC List is a joke with no enforcement of violators ...

they keep calling me several times a day every day including weekends and not leaving a message and once we did talk to them and told them not to call or to put us on the no call list and yet they persist calling several times a day and it is an invation of my privacy.  i do not want any unsolicited calls.  i do not want any fishing for business calls.  ever...that is why i have caller id and why i always state don't call me.  this is the only one who seems to ignore that and continually calls at all hours of the day and weekends and late at night.  it is a very unwanted menace and i want it to stop

If he's talking about a time share, I had a time share at the Lawrence Welk resort in Econdido, Ca.

Today is the 3rd time I got a call from the Coleville, CA number 760-203-1507.  Tonight, I actually spoke to a person, he sounded young. He asked for my husband telling met that they have people interested in buying my timeshare.  I asked him if he was from Marriott and he said 5 Star Resorts, I told him that we weren't selling and the punk hung up on me.  I too tried to call back to complain to a supervisor, but got that the mailbox is full.

I too get calls from this number on a frequent basis.  Whenever I answer the person on the iother end does not respond, but will just hold the phone until I hang up,  When I called the number back, blocking out my phone number, the phone just rings or I get the same message as others have reported; "This person's mailbox is full and cannot accept any add'l messages."  I have a phone service that records the numbers, dates & times of all incoming calls.  If this continues I will file a complaint with the State's Attorney General, and provide them with a copy of the list!

I too have been receiving calls from this number. When I answer, there is no one there. If I call back, I get no answer, or I get a message that says the mailbox is full. It's getting really old really fast.

I received a call from this number as well on July 27, 2009. No one answered when I said hello. I tried to call the number back and it answered but no one said anything. I'm not sure if it was an automated call or not.

An individual called me earlier this evening.  I have an automated phone system set up that rejects private, out of area, or unknown calls, but allows some types of calls to leave a voice message.

This individual, who sounded like he was a teen or young adult, left a very obscene message and told me to go <bleep> myself, and said I was one of those who didn't accept solicitations over the phone.  If I post the words spoken on this message, I would be in violation of this site's guidelines.

Attemped to call them back and warn them about being reported, but could not leave a message (mailbox full) and there was no answer.  I also blocked my number so I would not be identified.

Google searches on this number also bring up results for Nan Dowling Photography from Palm Springs, CA, but the caller may have faked the number they called from.

I will report this caller to the authorities if they call again.
