who is this?  Caller ID came up as "Service Announce" 760-204-8403
did not answer.  Am on no-call list.  can't somebody stop these scam and harrassment callers?

I keep getting calls from this number but no one ever leaves me a message on my answering machine.  I am also on the no call list but that doesn’t seem to dissuade anyone from calling from this number and other numbers too.

Two rings of our home phone,,,,no one there, no message, just open phone line sounds. The do not call list means nothing to these annoying  mystery callers. I called the number back. Heard a recorded message saying, " if I didn't want to be notified of their special offers, to dial one!" GRRRRR!

Got a call from this number today.  I have no idea who it is but the caller ID showed OPINION ONE.  Not worth my time to even call the number.

Yep, the phone rang a couple times, I answered, said "hello", and there was no sound on the other end.

Its annoying, I just got the call. It was quick; I didn't understand what the person was saying. Something about a survey or something. I decided that I would look up the area code: Turns out that this mystery caller is from San Diego, CA...

I got a call from them today -- two rings -- and then they hung up.  The caller ID actually said "Ad2donotcalist."  Unreal. Yes, I am on the do not call list.

Got a call from this number today, no message. The Caller ID was "Ad2donotcalist". What, are they kidding?

How do these guys get away with these junk calls?  Is there anyway to shut this kind of stuff down?

Receive calls from 8AM thru 9PM (more than 10 per day).

Caller requests 'validation' of credit card info for alleged credit card reward program.

Told to cease and desist calls on several occasions, but they continue calls in a day or so.

Rang twice. Got dial tone.  Caller ID "Service Announcement."

3/4/09  11:06 am  No one there after pick-up.

Have a friend in FBI he usually lets me know who these people are.  
He said they stop these numbers but they (who ever they are) keep finding ways.

Call came through as 'Service Announcment'. Called number back. Received message stating "Thanks for calling back. If you are not intersted in receiving any of future calls regarding our special promotions please press 1. Please allow 72 hours for  ......."

Caller ID shows "Public Service Announcement".  Could not answer it if I wanted to because it hung up after two rings.

Caller hung up on me.

Why does this number keep calling?!?!?!  Who is this?!?!?!?
