"Notaxpac Org" was on Caller Id.

Very insistent folks called me 10 or 15 times a day.  When I picked up they often disconnected.  Once connected, either I couldn't hear them because of background noise, or the connection was bad.  They were pushy and difficult to understand.  I recently found out that my credit card has been charged  several "My Travel Club" and "My Savings Club" charges.  Definitely a bunch of frauds.

GIVE THESE IDIOTS COFFEE ( WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE) AND A PHONE, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.HOPING TO MAKE A DOLLAR. THEY SHOULD FEAR THEIR EAR DRUMS, THINKING OF GETTING A HORN OR WHISTLE.  :O)

OMG... WITH ALL THE TECHNOLOGY WHY CAN'T WE PUSH A BUTTON FOR A NUMBER TO BLOCK?! IT WASN'T 8AM TODAY AND I HAVE GOTTEN 7 CALLS FROM 760-204-8486 YESTERDAY I HAD 16 CALLS FROM 818-870-9275 THE DAY BEFORE I HAD 12 CALLS FROM 909-759-9177. I WILL NOT ANSWER AND THEY KEEP CALLING. THIS IS ABUSE. IT IS PHONE STALKING. THE CALLS ARE FROM DEDICATED LINES, THESE WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BLOCK WITH EASE. I THINK THEY ARE COLD CALLS FROM THE 1.00 LIST THROW  OUTS, THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES SELL TO ANY TAKER. AMBULANCE CHASER ... WONDER WHY PEOPLE SNAP....

I just received 7 calls today from this number and I refused to confirm my address when they asked. I asked them to remove me from their calling list, and they said they can't. I asked them where they were located and they said they are located in Clear water, FL. I asked them to give me their address in Clear Water, FL, and they asked me why they want the address, and that they can't give out that information. They seem to have my address and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I also asked them where they got my information and they said from a marketing business company who they are affiliated with, and then I asked them if they could tell me who the marketing firm they are affiliated with and they could not tell me, they said they didn't know.  These people sound foreign on the phone. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! we need to get the authorities on this IMMIDEATELY! I did not confirm anything with them, I just kept refusing to confirm any information. They even called back, and I said hello, and they were playing with me on the phone and then hung up. This is ridiculous, this has got to stop.

unidentified number called my phone 4 times today. I refuse to answer. I would like to figure how to block these calls. also I have received 4 calls from UNAVAILABLE today and 909-759-9193.

Digitcom Services is the phone provider for these guys, pressure should be put on them to shut this telemarketer down.....

Received numerous calls from these numbers all hours of the day (sometimes every 30 minutes), reject all of them....

These guys should be sent to jail for harassment and line stalking....my psyco ex-gilfriend dosn't call me every 30 minutes at 2AM :o)

I too receive 8-10 calls a week from 760 204-8486 on my cell phone.  During work, dinner, and sleep hours.  These people don't stop.  They are rude after I tell them that I am not interested.  Then they call back several more times that week.  Enough is enough.  People have work to do and it doesn't involve arguing on the phone with these telemarketers.

They call every half hour!! And not only that they call and such obnoxious hours like 4am this morning and the other night it was 1am. Its very rude of them. Today along theyve called three times but they only let the phone ring once and then they hang up. Probably because i have a ringback tone.. maybe it throws them off? Im going to call my phone company and have the number blocked because its getting extremely annoying. I'm glad im not the only one.

Same prob here. It says "Notaxpac Org" in the caller ID. They ask to confirm my address to send a $300 gas card, and they know my address, even though I never verify the info! I asked them what their company does, and she said they send gifts to people, LOL! Maybe the tooth fairy is employed there...
The latest thing I tried was telling them that this card was recently stolen and thus I have cancelled it and the authorities are looking into it. We'll see if this gets them off my back. Not sure what else to do.

These guys never give up! I've been receiving so many phone calls from them the past two days. Today alone they phoned me six times, and I only picked up this morning's call to find out what they really want. They claim they are from VISA and want to reward $300 for my mom so they need to confirm some information. I got really annoyed because obviously the credit card company would already have our address.

These people are scammers!!! They claim they are from VISA and want to send me free $50 gas vouchers, but they only want the VISA card details so they can make fraudulant charges.

They should be in jail!!!

i got the same kind of call and they just hang up when you try to tell them that you are not interested. Very rude bunch of people!

 I recently have started getting phone calls from this company (about 2 month now) I have told them that I do not want any more phone calls and I do not want anything sent out to me. When I tell them to stop calling they immediately start arguing with me. They also use another phone number 760-204-8485. I know it is a cell phone in San Marco CA.They NEVER tell me who they are or what they are calling for, They want my address(no way!). This is getting rediculous. They even call me on the weekend, I thought that was against the law? Good luck if you are in the same rutt!
