They know my name but no response.

This is Poactive Planning Solutions.  Some say it is a scam looking for $695 from you to negotiate lower rates......several recent ones say they are great, but it feels like those may have been put there by Proactive themselves.  One claims to have used Proactive Planning starting a year ago, but Proactive claims to be a new federal initiative......less than a year old.....does not jive.

They asked if I was craig. I asked who was calling. They didn't say anything.
