My husband too, and they started calling him at the jail where he works. Any time i hear any indian male voice (once a female) I get sooo irritated i cuss them out, which helps me if i need to vent on someone. They stop for a while then start agian.

Got a message on personal phone and work phone. Telling me that I  needed to contact them because I was getting sued.This of course is a scam. I am so tired of them is there anything that really can be done?

I got this phone after applying for an online loan.  They called me and started making threats to me if I didn't pay.  But they had made one big screw up.  I am a police officer and when I notified the little scammer of it he hung up well two days later the phone calls have started again.  This time I just took this chance to play into it a little for him.  He is the same indian everytime with a different name which had me laughing I asked him how many personalities he had and he got mad at me.  Told me he was going to send his officers to hurt me and my kids. B.F.M. I truly hope that happens now I plan to make an example out of the little terrorist.  So if you like you can ignore the call or you can have fun at their expense.

These folks called me on my call phone this afternoon, asking if I knew (mother's name).  I stated that she was my mother and they informed me that she was going to be arrested.  Being that I'm in the HR department of a national collection agency, I knew immediately that it was not a legitimate phone call...third party disclosure is a big no-no and major FDCPA violation.  Calling someone's cell phone is also a violation of the FDCPA and the TCPA.  I called my mother to let her know about the call, she stated she has received several herself, threatening her physically.

I was also getting calls from these people telling me that there was charges pressed against me for fraud and I do would have criminal charges placed on me that would occur on monday.  I called them back using google voice and presented myself as an attorney.  I told them that he has been getting threatening calls and that I wanted to know the nature of the calls and know the so called 'charges' against me.  He claimed that there where several people working on the case and he couldn't pull up the file.  I told them that he (me) was receiving calls from more than one person.  He lost his thought, and I told him I've checked with the FBI and other agencies and seen many reports of their scams and activities and that if he (me) received one more call, I would do everything in power to put them under the table.  He then hung up.  lol

GOT THE SAME CALL AGAIN FROM ATTORNEY SCOTT MILLER I TOLD HIM THAT MY LAWYER WAS GOING TO SUE THEM ALSO THEY ARE CALLING ABT CASH LOANS ON THE INTERNET. DONT GIVE OUT ANYTHING TO THEM ASK THEM FOR A REAL PHONE NUMBER AND WHERE THEY ARE LIVING AND THAT YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT COME THERE AND SERVE THEM WITH RESTRAINING PAPERS FROM CALLING.  THEY CALL EVERYEAR AT THIS TIME GET A EMAIL FROM THEM AND HAVE THEM SEND YOU COPIES OF THE PAPERS BY EMAIL SO THAT YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT.

These scammers have been calling me every few weeks for months now.  I have a new tactic.  After the first call I get from a new one of these numbers I pick a time when I have a free hour or so a day and I call them repeatedly.  I sing loudly, I play music, I proposition them.  I ask them to take me out to dinner.  I talk so loudly and fast they hang up .  then I call them back again.  and again.  and again.  After a couple of days they stop calling.

SO SICK OF THEM CALLING MY CELL AND WORK PHONE!!! I KNOW THEY ARE A SCAM, BUT THEY WONT STOP CALLING. I CALLED THEM BACK AND I SAID I WAS AN ATTORNEY, AND THAT I WILL SUE IF THEY CALL ME AGAIN. BUT THEY ARE RELENTLESS AND KEEPING CALLING FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO???

SO TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF IT IS BETTER TO IGNORE THEM OR CALL BACK OR HAVE MY SISTER WHO IS A LAWYER CALL THEM REPRESENTING ME...WHATS BEST WAY TO MAKE THEM STOP?

I did some investigation on this number.  It was issued through PAC-WEST in California.  From what I understand the people use an IP Address to dial your number through internet. Not sure it that is true.  But if you have put any your personal information online through a public or work computer and a virus occurred, it could have happen that way.  From what I have been reading the information online plus a new article I saw months ago, if you had pay day loan they got several people information from that.  Then I have seen where people have posted about not having payday loan.  My motto is stop using my credit card and bank information online.  Although it is easy to pay a bill, it may cause me to continue to get harassing calls.  I am planning on sending a certified letter to PAC-WEST about these people.  Hopefully this can spark an investigation.  Per the reverse phone look up this is land line number in Indio, CA.  Don't let them bully you. Be firm and start asking questions, it will scare them.

The same happened to me today.  I got a msg on my cell phone and work phone. Didn't know it until I got off.  Well I call them back and ask where they were and he pretended to not understand me.  The attorney's name he used is Scott Miller.  I asked for the name of the firm and he said TLC Brunson.  Then I ask where was the firm and he said Los Angelos.  Once I said I had a cousin who was an attorney in Los Angelos and told them that I knew this was all a fraud plus he had agreed to check out for me.  And I ask for a physical address then they put me on hold.  I call back, the person said that had the officier on the other line.  I cursed him and said all I want was the address. Well I did some harassing by calling them back about 15 times. Each time the put me on hold without saying hello. Finally I blocked my number and call back then someone answer.  That person claim it was an attorney office that I was calling and said "bs."  Anyway, long story short, I told them to stop calling me and if they didn't I was going to keep harassing them over and over again.  Of course the man on the phone told me not to call them.  By the way I mentioned to them on one of the calls that this was fraud and if I owe something you should be mailing me a letter about it plus it is a civil matter a wind I would not get arrested for owing a bill. That is the true.  Go figure they asked me not to call them.  I am starting to keep a log of this. I have found out what phone company gave them the number and I will be getting in touch with them about the harrassing calls.  I wish I had more people to do the same.

Got the message that if I do not return their call or if my attorney did not return the call that this was the last time they would try to help me. The guys name is suppose to be Attorney Eric Watson. But..about 20 minutes later got the same call. Really--they might want to remember what their script is so they don't get confused.  SCAMMM...

INDIAN NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH CALLS AND WHEN THE CALL CAME IN ABOUT 1/2 HR AGO IT SAID 911 AND I WAS LIKE WHO IS CALLING ME FROM 911 WHY WOULD THEY CALL ME WITH AN EMERGENCY USUALLY ITS THE OTHER WAY AROUND YOU CALL THEM AND THEN HERE COME THE MESS FROM THE NON ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE TOCALL THIS THAT 760-262-0980 HAVE MY ATTORNEY CALL. NOW LISTEN AND I AM ASHAMED TO EVEN SAY IT BUT I HAVE BEEN SCAMED ACOUPLE OF MONTHS AGO AND IT FELT LIKE SOMONE RAPED ME I FELT VIOLATED AND NOW IF I COULD SEE THEM GUESS WHAT OH BOY FORGET ABOUT IT NOT NICE AT ALL AND THE BAD PART IS THEY CANNOT BE STOPPED. THEY CHANGE NUMBERS LIKE YOU CHANGE YOUR UNDERWEAR. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH IT HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THIS GO ON AND ON AND ON.
