I get these idiots calling all the time. First they told me they were the Tennesse Criminal Investigations Unit / Fraud department. Next, they told me I owed a company who I'd never heard of and when I called the company, they had never heard of this either.

I got a message from someone that sounds exactly like everyone here states except the number was either 764-557-1021 or 760-55-1021. Very thick accent and a lot of white noise in the background so I couldn't hear what he even said, something about legal action.

This person has been calling our law firm stating that he's an attorney. when I asked him for his bar # he wouldnt give it to me.... he previously called one of legal assistant and harrassed her asking for her personal phone # and told her he wanted to be a friend.... this guy is nuts !! One day he is a debt collector and another day he is an attorney. Next time he calls in I'll let him speak with the attorney to see if he stops calling us. Be aware people. this person does realize the big trouble he is into.

aggravated...these people are low life's there trying to scare you into giving them your info so they can wipe out your bank account..
the best way to deal with these low life's is to play with them,don't get upset try to get them upset waste there time on the phone ask them who they are what is the name of your company and if they don't answer keep on asking the same question until they answer you,ask them where your calling from..
see what they do if they see that they can upset you with lies like your going to be arrested then they will call you alot let them know you know the law
you cannot be arrested for a civil matter
ask them where is the court house your going to sue me
tell them the law is you cannot garnish a social security check
once they know you know the law they will eventually stop calling you

Who do these people think they are calling up trying to get money out of people. They claim you owe money to some loan company which you haven't heard of when you know you are current on all of your bills. How is it that they can keep getting away w/calling a scamming people out oF money. Does anyone know how to get them to stop? I've tried reporting one number to the FBI & they finally stopped.

They keep calling me at work!!!! 760-284-1404. Totally rude, obnoxious jerks! saying I owe money for some online thing and if I don't pay it they are pressing charges. I am getting really frustrated. Worst part is, they have my SS number and my email!!!!! They need to be stopped. I am going to report them to someone I just have to figure out who. Any suggestions?

Thet just hung up on me....VERY rude guy........i told him that there were too many scams out there and I wasn't gonna answer his questions and that I would report him...he got pissed and hung up!

Got a call from these dirt bags claiming to be Ken Martin.  I called back just to mess with them and there was no answer.  The caller ID showed up as 760-284-1404.  The return call number they left was 315-663-2862

Saying I need to return call if I do not want to pay legal services.  Indian accent very persistant.
Said they would take legal action against my social security number!  What a scam.......

Someone called me from this number today. The made had a very heay mid-eastern accent. There was also a lot of noise in the background. I think this a scam call, where people are trying to get you to pay money saying that you owe an outstanding debt. They will make up a name to sound legal and threaten you will legal action if you don't pay. You continue to reason harassing phone calls and threats until they get what they want. Please beware!!
