Got a call, he said that this was his number but claimed to be in toronto... he had an indian accent. He said that my pc had sent him a message telling him that I had a virus on my hard drive. For a fee he would help remove it. What a crock. He didn't work for my service provider or even know what operating system I was running. DO NOT SEND THESE JOKERS YOUR MONEY, EVER.
