Do you know who this company is, they claim to be Dish Network.

I got a call from a man named James Kelvin and he said that I was being sued for a cash advance loan that was never paid. I dont have a cash advance loan. I dont know how they got my information, but he had alot of personal information. What is the best approach to handle this?

This man called my place of business saying that my co-workers social security number was being used fraudulently. They had the last four of the social, tried to pressure her into giving the rest of it. After she finally got tired of asking them how the he__ they knew her number was being used fraudulently, and why they were calling her work instead of home, she hung up on them. They immediately called back and I answered the phone, they asked to speak to my manager when I refused to allow them to speak to her. Finally started cussing me and I hung up on them, after telling them that I would report them, they said to go ahead... I told them to quit calling and they said that they would call over and over as much as they wanted. They started calling back to back and at first we just picked up the phone and hung up, they finally quit when we just continued to let the phone ring and ring without answering. I can tell from all the posts about this #, that reporting them will really do no good....

I received the same phone call from these people saying I owe a loan and my balance is 745.00 n said if I don't pay I'm going to court.

Received call where she stated her name was Megan Reed and was from the American Legal Justice and they were filing a lawsuit against me for fraud and the police would be at my door tomorrow.  She screamed at me, called me nasty names and when I tried to interrupt her that made her even madder and she said I must be a Nigerian person because only "those" people are rude like I am being to her.... I was dumbfounded, had no clue what she was talking about said the law suit was for taking cash advances and payday loans in the amount of $150k.  I told her I have NEVER taken money from those two places.  What is scary is that she knew my email and my home address.  Of course when you call the # back it's not working.  When on the phone with her you can hear the other people calling like a call center.  I have never ever been insulted in my life by anyone as she has been.  I told her I was not Nigerian and asked if she was calling from India - that ticked her off even worse [her accent led me to ask that question].  She said that I was a bad person for doing this and frauding these companies, I can't even put into words the other names she called me.  She continued to to me to shut up when I asked questions and that I was rude for interrupting.  My mother was in her room which is on the other side of the house and she could hear her.  I'm going to call the police department, especially with this person having my home address......

Thank You I just recieve a call from those same people They said I took out a loan with there company but i would not given them the info they wanted son they said I could lose my job over this.

Received a message from 760-284-4674.  Demanding a call back from myself or my attorney.  the lady who was very hard to understand said that this call can not be ignored or I will be sorry, she then said have a nice day and god bless.  This is the 4th that this has happened, different names but the same script.

Yes i am getting many calls from these guy also and like a dumby i sent them three hundred dollars. In that time I was so depressed I lost my job and i have five children. So this man Calvin Collins calls me and he said that i owed a 300 dollars so i sent the 300 dolloes to them the last that i had then they said that i owed 1200 then i could not pay that then i went to my church for help and the church got on the phone with them and the church was asking them some questions and finally hung up with them. They told me that it was a scam I already payed them money i did not have to so they keep calling me from different numbers

This is a total scam. They keep calling  and calling and today when they called  I told them I looked the number up on the internet he hung up imediately. They had called me at work. They are persistant. Thier names also change but the accents are the same.

I got severla calls form this number , form a man at first saying I owed them 300.00 from a payday loan which I never applied for. After refusing to pay , a woman then called and threatened to sue me for the amount of 300.00 , I still refused to pay for something I never received. If they conatct you know matter how much pressure they apply do not give in , it is a scam, but they are very persistent and convincing.

Yeah they call me all the time and I just let them know the call is being recorded for the police dept.  I tell them I know they are a scam and to quit calling me.  I also cuss them out and talk crazy to them and they start saying some crazy things back........................

This call was after many rude calls from this company.  Asked for Kevin.  Said "not here"  Asked "Can I leave a number"  Said "no" Told us to f.....off.  Real classy!  Would not give us a reason or the name of the company.  Just yelled and said some rude things.  Yeah, I'm gonna take a message for you!  NOT!!

Total SCAM!!.. I got a threatening call from them today. Said if I didn't return their call right this second that unbelievable harm would come to me and that I would have to pray to god!!!...heard this and laughed my butt off. So of course I had to call the indian back and give him a hard time. He said I was being sued for not paying back a cash advance loan that I supposedly took out and 6 bank drafts had bounced. Of course I didn't take out a loan at all. So in the midst of reading me the 'affidavid' over the phone he yawned!!! So of course I started laughing at him and told him that if they had sooo much information on me to give me either the first or last 4 digits of my soc# to me. Of course he couldn't and then started yelling at me to put my manger on the phone. Well I proceeded to tell him that this was a matter between me and him, not where I work. Then he started getting beligerant and ranted and said that I will be getting a call from my company to inform me of my termination...HAHAHAHAHA!!!! So after this fun, I called the company he supposedly represented that I supposedly took the loan out to ask them if they were aware of this scam. She took the number that he left and said..YEP!!! They have had numerous complaints and that her company doesn't even loan money to individuals but rather corporations.... HAHAHAHA!!!.... So if you want to have some fun, call this number and harass the begeebers out of this guy like I did.

I got a message at work today stating that Mark Daylor from American Legal Services called their is a legal case filled against you. I called the number back and some lady answered, she knew my name before I even said anything. She stated that I was being sued for a payday loan that I never paid back, she asked me is my lawyer was here to speak to her, She began reading me some script and told me not to interrupte has she read it. After she was done she started asking me these questions about me background, like if I had ever been arrested for fraud, When I told her that it was none of her business and I needed the company information, she yelled at me and said I told you not to interrupt me, and said if you don;t want to answer my question I will see you in court and have a blessed day. She hung up on me.

I called some of the numbers you guys have left and this guy is faking his accent to the point you can't understand a word he says. who handles this. Who do you reports this to. I am mad because they are getting away with this. what can be done?

they called me and said I was being sued for a pay day loan. I have never taken out a pay day loan. He asked for my ssi number. He said his name was Gabriel. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me but has been calling me for days. Everytime I call back he picks up and then hangs up on me. He said someone used my ssi number and got a loan he would not give me any information about where this loan was taken. Now I'm worried they have my information. who are they. what can I do to protect myself against this.

I have received a call from a David Matthews, and a Julian Marshall claiming that a borrowed a 300 dollars payday loan from cash.net. He called at the main office at my job, and almost got me fired over this. He told me that he d have me arrested by the next day of I did not paid the $300 + an additional value of 347.80, which makes it 647.80; I was so scared of the idea to go to jail, that he made me wrote a letter stating that I d paid a $100 last night and 547.80 today.  They had me fax my driver s liscence to them. Now that I know it s a scam, I will contact the local authorities. They took $100 so far from me. Now that they have my identification, they can use my name, my banking information for their scam. My name is Maher Senatus, please call the police or report a fraud scam if somebody use my name to collect money for whatever purpose from you.  Don't be fooled like I did.

I have gotten these call just as described above.  Truly a scam.  Watch out!  Do not give them any information.

Just got a call from "Unkown Caller" on my cell phone.  The call sounded like a call center, alot of background noise, and a gentleman with a very thick accent from the middle east/india left a message.  He stated that he was from American Legal Services and that there was some legal documentation against my name and SSN. His accent was so bad that it was hard to make out what he was saying, i could not make out his name, but he did leave a number to call back, 760-284-4674. He wanted either me or my attorney of record to call him back, and if he did not hear from me or my attorney, then he could not help me with this legal matter.  This is a scam, I believe.  Do not give personal information to the caller.

Just got called by this guy yesterday about a $300 payday loan.

I just got a call from this number,.. his accent was so thick I could barely understand him. Looking for my daughter in law, legal action and supposedly I am involved because she used me as a reference.  hahaha... sure....I don't think so.  Then he wanted her contact information. Then he wanted ME to call him back once I contacted my daughter inlaw...  Sorry!  Please don't fall for this scam!  NEVER give out your personal info to someone over the phone, especially if you didn't initiate the call!

I was also contacted by this person two days ago. He called my cell and left a voice mail message stating a law suite would be filed against me, by the same online cash advance company.  When I returned the call at the number he left not the one he called from (701-661-1692), and he read his script to me, I began to ask questions that he could not answer. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was (transferred) passed to the person next to him. When speaking to his supervisor, I realized that they did not know what they were talking about and could not give me any information. PLEASE BE CAREFUL , DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE PERSONAL INFORMATION THAN THEY ALREADY HAVE.

More information on "Mr. Michael Fuller", at my home I am unable to perform more in-depth research; so I still don't have a real name; however, I did manage to tap some resources and found out that the 760-284-4674 number is being forwarded to a cell phone bought out of Palm Springs, CA. The cell phone number is 760-250-6447, so please add this to the numbers when you inform your friends and family. I will post again as soon as I have obtained his real name. By the way some satellite imagery of his address 600 Union Ave Bakersfield CA 93307 showed that he working at a location in between a WIC PROGRAM office and a store called Union Discounts, I was unable to interperet the name of his store front, but again more to follow.

I recieved a phone call at work from this Michael Fuller, when I called back it was another Indian man named David Matthews, on my voice mail, suprise, yet another Indian man claiming to be Mark Taylor. I was told I was being taken to court for a PayDay loan from American Cash Advance in the amount of $300.00 that I did not pay back. Funny thing is that I never paid it back because I never took it out. They also have a woman with an oriental accent so thick I really could not understand her at all.  Everyone please pass on the phone numbers (760) 284-4674, and (843) 977-2121 and the names to everyone you know especially relatives that may be more easily swayed to giving up personal information. I am going to put some resources of mine at the Office of Naval Intelligence where I work to see what I can do to put them out of business, but in the mean time please pass the word everywhere you can. They can be very threatening and may scare some into giving everything away. Also remind everyone in your sphere of influence to be careful of what websites they visit, this guy even had my personnel email address, and the name of my personnal bank.

just got one of these calls as well. they left a message saying me or my attorney need to call. they said if we dont return the call all they can do is wish me luck with the situation being forced on me. Part of me whats to call him back to threaten him and his existence lol  but i believe i'll leave this oune alone after reading all this.
