I'm being harrased from an attorney that says he represent paycash1.. I never received any form of cash from them and they continue to harrass me at my workplace and on my cell..

We received a call from this number yesterday.

Yes they called me today and gave me one hell of a Friday! What do we do about these people and their threats? The number they called me from is (786)533-3031 Miami, FL. I have never received any kind of  payday loan or cash advance. Who do I reports this to? This really worries me about identity theft.

I got a call like that just today!!! And went back and forth with these people.  I talked to like three different people and they all had Indian accents...I couldnt understand what the heck they were saying. It just sounded like a fraudulent claim.  I even called my bank and spoke to them, there was no cash advance online deposit...EVER! And they can't come to the work place...isn't that illegal. When he said he would have to come and arrest me from home or my work place an alarm went off in my head! And this is over $350 bucks! Please tell me what happened after you talked to your attorney? Is this really a scam? I'm almost positive it is!

I just got off the phone with these people they have been calling me for months, I can't even tell you when they started calling me, as I have never ever had a pay day loan in my life!! I hate these people they need to go away they have called my job, I am unsure of what to do either!!

These people have been calling me for a while now.  I dont know how they got my bank account # and SS# as I never typed these anywhere on the net.  They harass me at work and called my work (a restaurant) in the middle of lunch rush.  This (threatening people with an "investigation team" ) should be a crime, right?  Has anyone had any success pressing any kind of charges?

I WAS CALLED TODAY AS WELL INFORMED THAT I HAD AN OUTSTANDING, PAYDAY LOAN, AND THEY WERE PRESSING CHARGES, WHEN I SAID I DONT KNOW THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE PAID MY LOANS, THEY INSIST IT IS WAS THAT I LOOKED OVER, THEY HAVE HAD ME STRESSED OUT ALL DAY, WHAT CAN I DO.

No i never gave them my social and im calling to report them and calling credit bureau.

Please tell me you didn't actually give him your SS#? If so you need to take the proper steps to protect yourself, right now.. good luck

I received a call this morning from 000 at 7:57 am from Fiona Wilson with a very heavy accent. She was threatening me and stating that i better call her back at 760-852-5700 that it is a very important issue and if i don't call her back she stated good luck with the circumstances. I didn't know who she was so i called the number that she stated in the voicemail , I then spoke to Robyn Ross I asked him if i can speak to Fiona Wilson he completely ignored me and started babbling i then asked him can he help me , he asked me for my ss # and i gave it to him , He then told me i need to get an attorney because im charged with criminal federal fraud , i was shocked and asked me what criminal charged He then paused and said you weren't aware of this and i told him no , he then said im get sued by cash advance that i took a loan of 2500 and i never paid them back so now they are taking me to court and they will contact my work  , i will be served on monday and i told him i never got any money from cash advance or pay day loan , He then completely ignored me and said i don't know , you can bring the evidence to court , I was confused i did put down my info on a payday loan site but never accepted it , He then said him if i want to  resolve this matter  i need to fax a  letter to 206-350-1086 , Asked me to write this on a piece of paper

He then said , he wants me to write on the letter that Im writing this letter to resolve a matter as it was a part of misunderstanding and nothing entially , I do want to take of this matter by paying my outstanding balance of $445.32 on Feb 25,2011. I authorize to charge $445.32 with the Prepaid Debit card.
I asked him why a prepaid debit and why the amount is 445.32 when he stated before it was 2500 , He said i don't know , He then said to go to walmart and get prepaid gift card , i asked him why walmart , Do you want me to get a walmart gift card or Prepaid visa or mastercard he then replied Walmart Gift card . it should start with 4470 ...  He then continued with what he wanted me to write in this letter,
He said i need to put down the prepaid debit debit card number , exp date and cid # from the back , and he need the last 4 of my social , my mailing address and copy of my drivers license that it is me who is paying this amount . Guys i was really paranoid , but when i went on google and search for this number i was relieved that it was total scam ...Im so glad that i searched this number. TOTAL SCAM IM GOING TO REPORT THEM AFTER I POST THIS

I received a call from a Mr. Brown with a very heavy mid eastern accent.  He was threatening me and stating I better call him back.  This is the 6th phone call I have received all using the same MO stating I had better get an attorney because I am going to jail.  This is a total scam and I am so sick of receiving these calls which now have been atleast one a day for the last week.

I received a call from my old phone number and they said their was inside my house.  I knew that was not true.  But then they keep calling me at work saying they are coming to arrest me.  They send me an email with the  name of James Watson and he wants a copy of my driver license or a copy of my social security card.  PLEASE DON'T SEND NOTHING TO THIS PEOPLE THIS IS A SCAM.  We need to keep reporting them to the police.  I just call the General Attorney and they are working to file a complaint against them.

I received a call from this number back on the 8th of this month saying that there was a potential lawsuit against me and the only way I was going to be able to stop it is if I payed back the money I had received from a payday loan.  When I asked them to send me actual paper work so I could verify everything before I moved forward they told me that since it was a payday loan done online they had no paper work to send me.  They also stated that they had Emailed me 16 times to let me know what was going on and that I probably deleted it because it was in my Spam box titled Pay day loan.  I just contacted the FTC to file a report about this.  FTC advised me not to take any phone calls from them and not to give them any information.

I have had SEVERAL calls for months from these people. I told them to mail me something to my home address if I owed something. I have yet to receive anything from them, but I still get harassing calls on my cell # and my work #. Not sure how they got either one of them. They are always foreign and are rude. They threaten to take me to court house steps...not court, but court house steps!!! LOL

These people called my cell and work numbers REPEATEDLY!! After several days I was able to answer the phone & deal with them. The woman claimed to be with United Loan Services on behalf of Pay Cash One. They claimed they had a record of my email address requesting a payday loan and not paying it back. They said that since Pay Cash One wasn't able to get the money back they were going to charge me with federal worthless check charges, fraud and theft. I have had payday loans but they are ALL paid. When I tried to tell the lady this she didn't want to hear it & blatantly told me to "shut up & listen". She refused to give me her supervisor or mailing address and after a few choice words from me she hung up.

they called my cell stating i took out a loan for $5000 online and that they were sending someone to my home and workplace to pick me up and take me to court and I would be found guilty and i would have to pay it back. they had all my information. I have never heard of pay cash 1 and i have never applied for anything. I am going to call my attorney and the police because they are now harrassing me that I do not answer the phone.
