I believe the calls are from law firms which act as collection agencies but contract-out the dirty work to Indian Call Centers.  The problem is that they have antiquated information about whom they are after.  I have asked them to stop calling but they will not.  The local police have not returned my requests for help.  We need to call and write our State and Federal representatives about the matter. Something must be done to stop these type of home invasion.  Lawyers chase ambulances & funerals, now they collect bills while at the same time offering help with stopping harassing phone calls--maybe they are the harassers who will stop calling if you hire them to do so--Worse things have they done!

Just got a call from this number 7603328329 (Federal Legislative Dept of Justice) advising me that I owe them for a payday lone. They are very rude. I told the guy I would love to go to court,that I have all kinds of proof that I don't owe a dime. They are based out of CA. He said that he was going to have the police come to my job to serve me my court papers. I told him good and I suing for harassment. These ppl picked that wrong person to mess with.

Once I heard the accent I quit listening and hung up. I get a lot of these calls every since I applied for an online payday loan. One even gave me my real social security number.  I now have to change it and my bank too--while I'm at it, a new phone number too. Shucks! Ain't ever gonna do business over the Web again!

Recieved several calls from man with indian accent, could never understand, when questions are asked he cant give the information what i needed such as what company are you trying to sue me for? he cant give the that information, hum, makes you wonder. Is this legal who stall i contact?

This number has called me several times about loans. Each time they call it's about a different company. Today it was FastCashAdvance, the other time it was CashnetAdvance or CashnetUsa, then the time before that it was CashAdvanceUsa. The first time i didn't know what was going on. The guy kept talking about me getting a lawyer and stuff, saying I had to go to court. Well the second time and the call today I told them I wasn't agreeing to do anything unless I get the information from a legitament company and they write me some kind of letter or information through the mail stating that i owe them money,and that I have to go to court. Well each time except the first time I've been cursed out for not applying and I've been hung up on. These people are scamming and I'm getting all my info changed and I'm getting some identity Protection. You can never be to sure how far these people will go. I also called the authorities today, don't know how well that will work.

Received a call on my cell.

I received a call today from this number so when I called back a recording came on saying the person could not be reached...so I called again and some man answers the phone asking who I was...so I asked him who he was.  He kept going on about a legal matter but wouldn't give his name or company name.  So then he tells me that if I don't do something about this matter I will be arrested so I told him to come and arrest me so he hung up on me so I keep calling back and all I get is the makeshift answering machine.  I'm sure by the end of the night...this number will no longer be listed!

Have a little fun messing with them, they are not very bright and use very common american names.......they are not american, so if nothing else tell them to f--k off and laugh at them!!

i keep getting these calls saying they are  Federal Legislative Department of Justice and i have a loan and need to pay them i called the payday loan place and looked at my bank statement just to be sure and no loan on my part itsa scam

got this call from an eric mathews, dont know these people . they call me at work. calling a ;lawyer

A harold colbert w/a very thick accent keeps calling and threatening me. Saying I owe a set amount of money and I need to send it to him or I will be taken to court.  Then he says good luck to whatever happens to me if I don't return his calls.  Luckily, I recorded the last message and saved it to share with the authorities.  It has his voice and all.

receive 6 calls a day from this number,.also call my work, say they are internet crime investigaters, or lawyer. tell them not to call and they say no, sometimes they just say where is he? I say not here and they call right back. they are very ignorant, and I can hardly understand them.

The caller left a message saying they are from the Federal Legislative Dept of Justice.  The person had a foreign accent, sounded like they were reading haltingly from a script.
