I a had the same thing happen to me. the said had pay $2000.00 for a discover card and the guy name was ERIC FOSTER the number was 631-209-6009 and FAX number 646-786-4435 the fax number is working but number isn't now.

I started receiving phone calls from 315-210-6150 07/06/11 the gentleman stated that his name is Mart Williams and he is with proton consolidated and legal services and I owed an online loan with cash advance america on line. I looked this company up online and it IS A SCAM,so IDECIDED TO start harrassing them, I call them every 15 minutes and their story has changed. This is not cool that these people are calling and harrassing hard working Americans. report these people to Federal Trade Commission at FTC.GOV also reporrt them to your local authorities.

The call I got today from the same people that you all have described except this time the # was 916-395-0000.  I just want to know how to get them to stop.  They have called my work, home, cell as well as my aunt and sister.  I have cursed them out and hung up on them.  This is just so annnoying.

Received call from this number-pt barely spoke english and too difficult to understand-report ed this was a business and person did not work here.Insisted on leaving a number. would not identify company associated with.

Received a call from this number was told that I owed money and if I didn't return the call I would be in big trouble. Could barely understand the message. Their english speaking wasn't that well. They called my house and cell number. Don't give them anything.

These people named Lloyd Alvarez keeps calling my work telling my BOSS that I committed Illegal Activity on the Internet! What the hell? My boss told him she gave me the message but he keeps calling. I don't know what to do. I've tried to get a hold of attorneys who deal with this but they tell me it's a scam. Ya it's a scam til I loose my job!

This is a total scam and I am wondering with all of these people from around the country (I am in AZ) being targeted why nothing is being done to stop these creeps. No offense to anyone, but when a guy who sounds like he is straight out of india and can barely speak English tells me his name is Eric Brown I am going to be a little leary. He also stated as some of the other posters above that I would face serious legal troubles. Anyone should know that in any legal matter there is not only notification by mail, but there is also a process server involved that has TO SERVE YOU. The fact that they refuse to send documents clearly shows that they cannot send mail due to being tracked. They have also called my job and members of my family. I would advise no matter how much of a hassle it is to change your phone number and bank account as I have. Although it's a shame you would have to.

Received a call from 760-378-5708 at my work number.  This is AWFUL!  They called me twice in a row.  Demanding that I pay money that I do not owe to people that I have not done business with.  Said they are filing a complaint against me at the courthouse.  Say they are based in Oceanside, California.  Supervisor named Daniel.  Say I owe $457.00.

I am getting calls from these people also. I keep hanging up and they call right back. They won't give me specific information about the payday loan company, just the so-called parent company Advanced Cash USA. They wanted my credit card info to pay for a loan I supposedly have with this supposed company. Say they will send the information after I give them my personal info. He said his name was Peter Smith. Not with that accent he isn't!!! I hung up twice and he called twice to my work. Wanted me to make payment arrangements. I played along and set up two dates to pay the $420 back but he said the dates I gave him wouldn't work. He is very persistant. Total scam artists!!!!!!!!!!! Used the name Proton Consolidation Services or something like that. Couldn't understand the accent.

Called number again and they gave me the address of 219 Northwest Suffolk Court Oceanside, CA.

This is totally bogus and a scam. An officer Williams called my work, my voicemail, and my home # saying their is a law suit in my name. When I called and asked them to stop, we yelled and then he hung up.

They called me as well at work and my home number. They also stupidly left a message on my work voicemail. This a total scam.

Yes, it is happening to me. A man with an indian accent calls stating I need to send 415 to pay off a debt from a paydayloan ( AdvanceUSA) He has called my job. ( Chris Roberson) He has also called my parents. He emailed me a form, the form is called PCS Settlement Initiation Form No. 22601/58A/2010487321 The forms asks for credit card information to debit ones account. They have informed me I will be arrested. I am ready. I can't wait to share my documentation with the judge. (Phone recordings on high tech equipement, and an email from these guys. I am hiring someone to find out where they live. ( 100,000) I don't care how much it cost. I am determined to find them. They will be prosecuted.

I just received a call too. the number came up as a 1 and that is it.
i called them out on being a scam and he said "oh really? well then i can file the legal documents?" and i said yep..until you can show them to me..i'm not paying anything. and he said " fine. i'll file them and show you." then hung up on me.

i'm real sick of these calls coming in every few months. i hadn't had any in about 4 or 5 months so i'd thought they were done.

I keep getting calls from 760-378-5708. I have an actual debt settlement company settling my outstanding payday loans.  Several men from  a 760# (they call it PCS) call me. They've called my work too, but unfortunately for them, it's my direct# & my employer doesn't know about it. They keep saying I owe them $312, they are going to file a lawsuit against me at the courthouse, blah blah.

They give me names like this is "Sam Adams" or some other stupid name. All middle easterners.  I kept asking that they send me something in writing, and they just kept saying they couldn't.  They said I owed "Advanced Cash" who I NEVER took out a payday loan with.  

The only reason I found out about the scam was because I called my debt settlement company & they googled the 760# and found all the complaints.  I couldn't believe they were real because any self-respecting company will ALWAYS send you a bill.  I owed Chase, one of the biggest credit card conglomerates, YEARS AGO, and they settled with me AFTER sending me an invoice!  

I'm just going to ignore the calls from now on.  I may have to change my cell# if the calls continue or they gain access to my bank account.

Today, 2/23/11, I have received 6 calls and I have ended each one since when I start to ask questions they start to talk over me, and start yelling at me. all I was trying to do was find out additional information. The questions I asked they didn't answer such as "where are you calling from?", What court is the lawsuit out of?" and "who is filing the suit?".That's when the yelling starting and I hung up.

got a call today again from this people i cursed them out and they haung up i call back told them if they call my house again they will  hear from my state's attorney office i am writing my state attorney office and let them know about these people

A lady called my cell phone, she spoke with a heavy indain accent, she spoke so fast i could hardly understand her. She could hardly pronouce my name. Told me that there is legal action against me and my SSN on a loan that i've taken out. I have loans but they are with a local company in the town that I live in.

This idiot won't get you fired, it's a scam against you. I am getting the same calls from the very same guy. He told me he would call my employer the next time he needed to get a hold of me and yet he called my cell phone again. Don't let this guy freak you out, cuz he probably doesn't know your employer's number.

I have received 2 calls from this number from a man who identifies himself as Paul Johnson that says he is calling from a law firm, though I don't understand what law firm, as his english was really broken. It's a california area code. I called them back and they know my personal information, and asked how they knew that and they avoided my question stating crimes against me and would I like to pursue the matter in court. You won't get anywhere if you try to call them back, so don't, It's a scam!

I have been getting harrassing phone calls from this number all day. I told the indian guy that I worked for the dept of corrections and there is no way that I have these charges under my name and he slammed the phone down. But he keeps calling..HELP!!

Wow, this same thing is happening to me as well.  I did take out a payday loan a while back but it's been paid off.  This Indian guy has all my info, and calls me like crazy stating that he is from some United States law firm.  He called my job so much that my boss put a tracer on my phone.  When the report came is back, this guy called me AT WORK 73 times in 1 day.

If that is indeed the case then maybe you are not aware of the process that is involved with collecting a debt. First they need to legally present something to you in writing as requested. Second why won't they talk to a lawyer. I had my lawyer call there and they hung up on her. Third why is it when I call the court house local to my area they have no idea what I'm talking about. Fourth the FBI couldn't find anything legal attached to my social. So I'm pretty sure whoever Neil is, is either a complete a** or one of the idiots that are trying to scam other people out of money.
