I have continually received calls from this phone number stating they are attorneys or law officers who are trying to collect on a debt....which they will not give me a name of "who" the debt is for....you can tell by the noise in the background that it is a lg call center which I'd be shock attorney's work out of. Once I started pressing them for information they promptly hung up on me. My husband received the same phone calls. This is a total SCAM.

I just got a call myself ignore these a**holes they call at all hours of the evenings and mornings if you ignore them long enough they tend to give up for a month or two and start right back up they are a scam the sat I owe a debt and I know what debts I owe and who their to so don't fall for it!

Just got another one of these stupid calls. They actually waited a little over two months before trying their scam again. He of course was Indian accent. He asked for my attorney's name and phone number, so this time I didn't yell at him or even play along, I gave him my attorny's info and then we said goodbye. In the past I would get worked up with these IDIOTs, but now it is funny to me. Here is a message for you Gregg, Officer Jones, etc etc etc. from now on I will just hang up on you. You are scum and will one day answer for your tactics to people. Here is my message for the innocent VICTIMS they are attempting to fraud.... Don'T I repeat Don't give the them the time of day and no info what so after except for your attorney's name if you want (believe me they won't call a legimate attorney). Everything above fits the exact experience I have had. Using American names with Indian accents and stating there is a federal case against me, etc. However, all my debts are known to me and the company that they mention, only once, is not on that list. The comments about them giving info about who they are collecting for are also true and after I continued to try and get this information, they decided that I could call back later.

I got a call this afternoon. Do they really think I don't look this stuff up and do they really think that I don't know who I owe money to? REALLY!!! They try this every couple months with me when they don't get results with one person doing the calls they have another person do it lmao. i agree two different companies called me and said i owed money i did get advances before but i always keep track of them and they scared me so bad 2 wks ago that i was stupid and paid but now they are starting again i got an attorney and got the cops involved lets see who is going to be in trouble now only if they can find the right people they told my attorney they were coming after him to lol ok he said so please to give them any info they already  have to much and one day they are going to answer for wut stress they cause people

I got one of these calls today from Michelle williams heavy Indian accent telling me that a case was filed in the state in which I reside that's the message she left the only pay day loan my wife had we have the e mail from the lender saying it's payed off if it was legit they wold contact you by mail

I just got this same phone called too. I was so scared and nervous but I know for sure I do not owe anyone or any financial company any money. The first call their number did not apear on my phone so I hung up and the second one it was this 7603831867 number. I told them I dont care what kind of information they have and I hung up and start google this number online and yeap just like what I thought it was a SCAM!!! I will definately call the local police.

IT REALLY SCARED ME KNOWING THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE MY SS#! THEY HAVE CALLED MY WORK AND MY FRIENDS SO I  CALLED THEM BACK AND ITS THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE. It's a scam you absolute can not be arrested for not paying a debt ,,, even if you do owe for a loan you don't owe any money to these scam artists

I have had a woman call me several times on my cell phone and on my work phone with a heavy Indian accent. Saying that she is Michelle Williams from American Law Division. She is trying to collect on a debt and if I do not get back to her there will be legal matters to deal with. I have also received other calls from other 760 numbers from men with heavy Indian accents stating the same type of issue. This is nothing but a big scam. And I will not comply with any of there demands.

I revived a call from (760) 383-1867. They told me they are some federal crime investigation and asked for my lawyer phone number. I gave them the police phone number let them gay the call.

i recently got a call from this number 760 383 1867 saying that i owe them money a payday loan that i got and never pay back i was really sacred and did everything they ask me to i fax them the letter with by ID putting it to MR. Austin Jones but in my voice mail he said his named was abe walker. today i have been looking up this so Austin Jones with this number that he call me from and i find out that it just a harrament is theirs any one that can help me i call my bank to freeze it for the moment like this is not even funny am almost going in labor almost having my baby... and here is this people telling me that i have be charge for fraud and am going to jail on monday morning is their any one that can help me

I've recieved phone calls like this several months ago. They called my cellphone leaving threatening messages and called my work 20 times in a row, and calling my house 10-11 at night. Claiming I owed a payday loan. I've had a payday loan before and they mailed paperwork of a balance due. The numbers on the caller ID would vary. I tried to file a complaints but there is nothing anyone can do for you. It stopped for atleast 2 months after ignoring their phone calls and deleting atleast 10 messages a day. And now they've started again..... with this 7603831867. Calling every other day. Men with the deep accents.... each message going something like this...." Good morning my name is Abe Walker calling from American Law Division legal department, I believe this is the 4th message we have left for you and you have failed to get back to me. The reason for my call is to read you about your case. Regarding a financial lawsuit going on your name and your social security. So give me an urgent call back on my call back number 760-383-1867. Don't disregard this message and do return the call. If you don't return the call and if I don't hear from tor attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and good luck."  The name varies in each message and they say my name almost in every sentence. I can't believe with tons of people getting calls like this that there is no way for anyone to track them. Theses b*****ds even have something that when they call t shows up as a totally different number than what they're actually calling you from. And another reason the number changes so much is they use calling cards a lot too.... its still frustrating that these b*****ds haven't been caught.

I keep receiving calls from this number saying that I owe money to a payday loan.  They are very rude to me and kept calling.  I do not have a payday loan so I know it is a scam.  They said they were from the U.S. Attorney general's office on a recorded line.

I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER FROM A LADY WITH A HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT SAYING HER NAME WAS RUBY MILLER, AND THAT I HAD TO CALL HER BACK URGENTLY. THEY HAD CALLED MY JOB SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I GOT THERE AND CALLED AGAIN. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO TALK TO THIS SO CALLED RUBY MILLER, SHE SAID THAT SHE NEEDED MY ATTORNEYS INFORMATION WHEN I TOLD HER I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THE CALL WAS REGARDING SHE TOLD ME TO HOLD AND SHE WOULD LET ME TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR. WHEN I TALKED TO THE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR, HE TOLD ME I WAS BEING RECORDED ON A FEDERAL LINE AND WAS BEING SUED AND COULD BE ARRESTED FOR NOT PAYING BACK A PAYDAY LOAN. FIRST OFF, I DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT AND THATS WHERE HE SCREWED UP. I LET HIM GO ON THOUGH. HE TOLD ME HE HAD MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND READ IT OFF TO ME...I HAVE A SECURITY ON MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THAT NOTIFYS ME IF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IS BEING USED...BEST 45.00 BUCKS I EVER SPENT.

Same thing happened to me

We received a call from this company today at my wife's work.  They claimed to be a pay day loan company, and said that they gave us a loan that was never paid back.  Subsequent attempts to call them back, we were hung up on.
