Officer Rick Williams and an Office Pattan Black the same man acting as two different people telling me that I will be going to jail if I don't answer his calls, he calls at my job, and on my cell all day long, stating I haven't paid a loan off which was a pay day loan in which i have proof that the loan he is calling about has been paid.

I have gotten numerous calls from Officer Rick Williams and Officer gene Parker. They are calling from a 909 area code. I have called my Attorney General and State Police in NY!

These guys are obviously scamming.  There is nothing the police can do.  They are actually located in India.  I have been harassing them by phone for three weeks...the more time they spend dealing with me the less time they have to scam people.

At one point them made a mistake of transfering me into their voicemail system so I changed the password and changed their greetings.  They have since been able to get calls to go directly to a mailbox inside the answering system.

Everyone should keep calling them and harassing them!

I am going through this right now, exact thing saying I'm committing fraud, outstanding debt... and he's now calling from another # 512-501-4533 but first was from 760-392-5048. He's harrassing me now, I've changed my cell# but now he's calling my work #. Insistantly, threatening me. I've reported this to Federal Bureau for Internet Crimes, Attorney Generals office...I've called my local Sheriff Department...

CALLER ASKED FOR ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES.  SAID HE WAS WITH THE CALIFORNIA STATE INVESTIGATION OFFICE AND THAT MY EMPLOYEE HAD FRAUD CHARGES PENDING IN CALIFORNIA.  HE WAS VERY RUDE. WHEN ASKED FOR HIS SUPERVISOR A MAN CAME ON THE LINE AND IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS OFFICER GENE PARKER.  HE GAVE US THE 760-392-5048 NUMBER TO CALL BACK.  WHEN WE TRIED, IT DID NOT ANSWER.  A REVERSE LOOK-UP OF THE CALL CAME FROM RIVERSIDE COUNTY CALIFORNIA IN THE RIVERSIDE-SAN BERNADINO AREA

I received 2 calls this morning from an office norm vargas who had a heavy indian accent. He left me a voicemail cause I didn t recognize out of country # indicating he had my name address and SS# on file for someone seeking legal action against me. I just laughed listening to this scammer who barely speaks english. What he doesn t know is I am an inspector for the Government and he will get a piece of me if he calls me again. These people need to be put in jail for life since they get paid to harrass everyone out there. Last time I checked this is America we speak english here. If this is real they can send a signed for letter to my house and I will have my attorney take care of this . To everyone out there just be careful and watch your selves.

I have received several calls from this number both at my home and place of employment.  The caller is extremely rude and refuses to state the nature of the call the only thing that they can tell me is that they are with the Investigations Bureau and that my name, date of birth and social are involved in an investigation.  When I told them to stop calling my employer and my home and that the call was being recorded they told me that they were sending an officer to my address.  I have no idea who these people are or how they received my information.  According to some of the posts that I've read it looks like they are calling on behalf of a debt but they never stated what it was so that I could verify the information at this point I just want it to stop.

I got a call from this number and its terrifying. I couldn't freaking understand them and when I asked what the allegations were they Hung up in ny face.

a person name Jerry Scoedt on phone #760-392-5048.  Every week he calls and harrassed me at my work phone.  He said, he is from State of Investigation.

called ne and informed me that ny fiance used me as a reference of some sort and he is under investigation. Gave me the 760 # to have him call and told me his SS # is also under investigation... THEN I read these reviews and decided to pretend to be him. Ok Officer Rick Williams went with it and think I am him. Actually gave me his SS # our address and his b.day and his last 4digits of his account said he is now in debt for 986$ and because SHE used Ms.Carter as a reference I will have charges filed against me also (now keep in mibd he thinks Mr. Burke is a woman) so he puts me on holdbecause i agree  to "resolve the issue" instead of involving the police and "having charges filed against us" .. I hung up. he calls Ms.Carter back and says Misses.Burke agreed to pay the money but since they lost contact files will be charged against us both. and hebalso said the funny statement I WILL BE GONE. now im currently trying to xsll back because im threatened and he deserves a cuss out. oh yea that dam heavy accent hard to understand and told me not to interrupt while hes talking and ask questions at the end... FOH I will inform you guys if I get in contact with Mr.Rick Williams

I received a call from a Rick Williams stating that he was investigating my SS#, and he threaten me that he was going to call my supervisor as well as the police because I have not made back an outstanding debt. I have no knowledge of what he is talking about. Please if someone have information about this person, please let me know. We need to forward this infromation to the police. He actual called a section of my organization where I work.

These creaturea are nothing but fraudsters and nuisances out to get you. Truthfully they are a pain in the neck. What they are doing is illegal. They need to be caught, prosecuted, and punished severely. Nuff said!!

I told them I knew what they were doing and they were violating Federal Law and expanded on this theme and told him he would be going to jail for a long time when caught.  I talked over him as he tried to say he was from the FBI.  I replied the FBI doesn't have an office in Riverside, CA where he was calling from.  I haven't heard from him since.

I to am getting these calls from 215-933-3602 claiming to be from  brueu of criminal investigations ... they are very disturbing , Does anyone have any solutions to this? what can we do to get them to stop calling?

You need to go to ur local police station w the recording of him saying he is a law enforcement,once it is reported they will do something about it. By a lot more of us needs to do it so they know its happening all around. It is illegal to pose as a law enforcement

Apparently you can get "blind lines"  attached to a main # which appears to by the 760 Riverside, CA#.  Also, you can get caller id spoofing software that lets you put in another # that will show up on your caller id, thus possibly explaining the #s from MS and TX. Believe it or not, caller id spoofing is not illegal, but these crooks are posing as a police officer or a bank and that is illegal!  Be sure to inform them they are violating federal law by what they are doing.

(662)223-6251 is a landline from Tippan, MS and (213)422-3219 from a cell phone in Los Angeles, CA.

What did you find out about them when you investigated?

More calls.  I think he is from India.  What do you all think about his accent?  One # is a landline in Riverside, CA and the other is a landline in Tarrant, TX, so are these crooks calling from two or more locations in American cities, or are they calling internationally from India through a US# somehow?
Any thoughts?

heavy accented man called my work # i said she is not in.  I told one of my bosses he called the number the man answered and said that he was from a business and investigating when my boss pressed for more answers he put a lady on the phone she said that a man just did the same thing to her we believe he had her online and clicked my boss in then listened to them both. my boss told him this is a business do not call back. If he does I will let my boss know.

he just called me on my cell phone at the 760 then turned around and called me at work but I said she is not in and he could leave a message. said he was mr. jackson and from some investigations department and very important that I call him back .  he has also called me before I am going to report him and block him from calling my cell and I will not answer my work phone #

I keep getting harrassing calls from someone at the phone #760-392-5048 telling me they will have me arrested or fired from my job for owing a payday loan. the calls come every minute until a co-worker took his phone number and then told him the call was recorded and the cops notified.

This person keeps calling me at work tell me he is from a federal agency and will have me arrested for owing a payday loan (which I never took out) He calls back 6 to 7 times and is harrassing to me a my co-workers telling one of them she spoke like a pig and he could not understand her. he should talk with his heavy accent. the call back number he left is 760-392-5048 and I see he has done this to other people as well. Please  stop these calls.

Using reverse number lookup (760)392-5048 is a landline phone in Riverside, CA.  He said he was Jack Green (what middle-easterners have a name like that?)  and I should call his supervisior Michael Spandley.  If they call back, I'm going to have some fun with them per my attorney's instructions.

People, Don't call them back because then they use caller id to match your name (or employer) to your phone number to fill in another piece of data about you in their scamming profile.  He could recite the number he called, but did not know my name or what business it was he was calling.

He called me from (760)392-5048 asking for a woman I have never heard of who supposedly committed fraud against the "City of Balto".  This moron isn't even familiar with the city of Baltimore.  He said her name was Floren.  Ditto on women's names.  It was obviously a prank call because he was so rude, threatening, and didn't speak English remotely well, I could hardly believe the Federal Crime Bureau would employ someone like this.
