Called twice yesterday, didnt pick up. number is from god knows where and most likely a scam of some sort.

got a call from them yesterday on my cell

Received a call saying I had won 2.5 million dollars, but I had to send $3900.00 to receive my prize.  I told them to deduct the $3900.00 + $6100.00  ( a generous tip ) and send me the balance.  They hung up.

Good that I found this out. This number called but I didn't answer.. Sketchy people...

my husband got a call on his cell phone and asked me to check out who it was as he answered and got elevator music.  I looked it up and found these posts.  I see some people think it may be realted to facebook.  I can definately say that my hubby has never done an IQ test or anything else of facebook ever, so it can't be from that.

received a call from this number.  They hung up 6 seconds after I answered.  I did the facebook IQ thing a while back.  Sux if that's how they got my number.

I suspect that this did in fact come from that Facebook IQ test - which I didn't submit after I realized what it was but I guess they logged my cell number - now I get calls from this number as many as 3 - 4 times per week.

Got a call at 9.24 pm on my cell -- saying we got a free gift. Our cell number was never listed and brand new.

Got this call at 5pm May 29...at my work number of all places?!

Got a call at 9pm this evening while I was in a restaurant. Told me my number was selected to win a free trip. asked me to press 1 to get more information. I hit 0 instead (you never know), and the call was disconnected. I called them back and got on hold music, but when I hit 0 again, I got a female who asked if I would like more information about a vacation. so i said - and this is the best part - "No. I would like you to f****** stop calling my f****** number, ok?" She said "Oh, that's nice ,sir. Thank you very much for that." So i said "You like that??" And then she hung up.

I figure if they're going to call me and waste my time and minutes the least I can do is cut loose on them and be as offensive as possible.

I got a call on my cell from this number too... thanks for the comments you guys, now I know not to bother calling them back.

Received a call from this number this evening. How can I block it? Any suggestions.

Did anyone do the IQ test on Facebook.  Thats the only time I entered my new cell # and now I am getting all types of telemarketing calls
