This is a scam.  I received an e-mail from CashNetUSA stating that this attorney's office if it really is one is not affiliated with them and to contact the police.  CashNetUSA is aware of this illegal practice and are cooperating with the State and Federal authorities to bring these people to justice.

This was a recorded call with a woman voice claiming to be "john" and I  or my lawyer was to call back ASAP or there would be dire consequences.The recording ended with "good luck to you" if I did not call back. Should I be scared?

This person claimed to be Eric Petersen. I think he claimed to be from a law office and had threatened legal action. If I didn't return his call. This company instantpaydaymatch.com kept trying to force me to take their loans and credit cards. When I didn't is when I started receiving these calls.

i got call saying i needed to call right away or my attorney needed to call. if I did not then all he could say to me was good luck. i tried to call back just to see what they would say but got no answer. caller said his name was ron Willis

Heathra do nothing ignore the calls. Do not give them any information and do not pay them a dime. Been dealing with these loser's for 2 years now but the onlt call a couple times a year now. Check out this link 800 notes it's about 200 pages long regarding these scammer's.

Been getting the same call to, what do we do

Just got a call from these guys,  real tired of it.  Called them back numerous times like they do me and told them the FBI has my phone tapped and is taping my calls and now they know where they are.  They said they would not call me again.  We will see

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

I know rite they just called my job on Friday they made a BIG mistake. My supv got involved n not to be funny WE did the same thing kept calling they a** back. Like u say it drives them nuts. This is the 2nd person they have did like this at my job. Yeah he left me a message too saying GOOd Luck..Im african american he got me messed up. I went so far told him to go to the western union i will send him a oneway ticket to St. Louis, MO and his foreign a** wont return. lol lol I called them and wear them thin every chance I get.

I have done some research on this.  It is a scam so don?t lose any sleep over their dishonest communication.

Someone with a foreign accent is making repeated threatening phone calls to my cell and even my work phone.  If it continues I plan to take legal action. If you have already taken legal action against these individuals, thank you.

i got call from 760 429 2879 demanding almost900.00. best way to stop calls is to call them back over and over again. it will take up thier time and drive them nuts. when you do this just sit back and have fun. they will get really mad. one lady said my wife is making her life miserable. try offering to pay them in rupee, this is what thier money is called. as i'm typing this my wife is giving this man a run for his money. whoops she mad him mad enough to hang up. she said time to call him back' this will get him going good. she offered to pay him with our kids  and a pig he said he only knows dollars. we are having alot of fun with this tactic. by the way are indian with bad english.

Unfortunately all you can do is ignore the calls i had this happen to me last year but they got so aggresive that they started to make bomb threats to my job and my home i called the FBI and local police also you can call your states attorney general the FBI tried to trace them but they use disposable phones do not stress it is all a scam the best thing just ignore them and hang up do not even talk to them

My husband got a call from this number yesterday. He is a marine and they even called his work which is not good. It was a guy that sounded like he was from India and said he had to talk to Justin or his attorney over a time sensitive matter.  Then they went on to warn him that if he didnt call back that they wished him "good luck with the consequences that would come" he called back after work and someone answered, said they were not there and sent him to a voicemail.  I figure its something about payday loans too or something because we have been getting lots of calls about those even though we never took one out, PROB a SCAM! HOw do u make it stop?
