THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!  Do not give them any information -  they have all your personal information but don't let that scare you -

They called me and they tried to scare me and they did at first but then i look at me resources and then found out that it is a bunch of crap and they told me that i was going to do jail time but they didnt tell me why and it was scary. But dont answer the call just let it go through one ear and out the other.

received a call from this guy called "Roger Clark " from a company called Morgan and Associates,,on the21th, 22nd,23rd and the 24th of March 2011, I finally got to talk to the the person after another  person called then rerouted the call to him ( Note all the people that spoke to me,all were hard to understand with a thick Indian accent) When I asked who he was representing ( the company that was supposed to be suing me the person gotVERY ABUSIVE towards me and became very unprofessional,by calling me "Motherf---er, Dirty Ni--er and other things , than after all that verbal barrage ,I trold him that the only thing he was going to do was get me Fired. This person call my job about 9 times , half of the calls was about my character, and the other was a demand to " TALK TO MY DIRECTOR" after that he stop calling,that night. I call my supervisor at home and let her know what these scam artists were trying to do. Iread some where that they had been find 1.3 million for doing these thats to other people, They used to be in Fla. now they cliamedto be in Ca.

this is the most annoying people.. today they called me AGAIN and i was cursing them out saying that there dirty indian scammers and they need to get a life.. i even got one of them so angry he said he was going to use my social to open a 6,000 mortgage loan... i said go ahead and try it !!!! i called them back like 10x and noone answerts,,,

I received a call from this number on March 28th.  The guy said he was from Morgan and Associates.  He said that I would have to pay $4k for a $300 loan.  Wanted to talk to my supervisor.  Wanted me to connect him to my payroll department.  I work at Walmart.  If they had a clue, payroll isn't at the local store.  I was told that I would be arrested, 3 criminal charges.  They wouldn't give me the name of the company where I had the loan, wouldn't send me a copy of any paperwork because apparently "they don't have it".  I called back later after I talked with the local police  and told them I knew they were a scam, I had talked with the police.  They wanted me to put the officer on the phone then. I told them not to threaten me.  By the end of the call, I was told that I was threatening them.  I have reported them to the Homeland Security who is investigating these people and they apparently have received many calls about this.  I guess they think that I live in a small town that I'm stupid.

The same scam was just tried on me from 760-429-2889. April 6, 2011. The guy called back 3 different times and after the first call, I told my husband and my brother what was going on and we searched this number on google.com and found this site. The guy claimed to be from Morgan and associates and said I owed legal obligations exceeding more that $5000 and they were going to sue me for it. The guy named Robert said that he had my ssn. I chewed him out on the first call and hung up. The second time he called my brother answered and told him that it was bull* and hung up. He then called right back and my husband answered and told him that it was a scam and if he called back again we were going to sue them for harassment. They haven't called back and I don't think they are going to, but if they do or if you receive a similar call DON'T give them ANY personal information as it is a scam. I work for a bank in the credit department and know how scams work. The guy said if I paid him what they claimed I owed thru a company I haven't ever heard of that they would drop the lawsuit. I have seen this scam multiple times and if you have given them any information about yourself, I strongly recommend that you call the 3 major credit bureaus and report it and put a consumer statement on your credit bureau so that they cannot due any further damage and if you gave any financial information, PLEASE contact your financial institution ASAP and report it!!!

I got rid of them by offending them.  Did an internet search on offending Indians.  Asked them what caste they belonged to, sounded untouchable to me.  Called them dot heads, Hoji, told them to go to “Naraka” (hell) and commented on their “Nob” (penis).  Asked them if they used toilet paper or rocks?  Asked them for a Rupee to US Dollar conversion.  Gave my attorney as Montgomery Python.
No offense intended towards the Indian people and NO MORE CALLS !!!

They call me and tell me That I owe them money.  which is not true

This company is a scam!!!! Do NOT give them any information.. They try and scare you saying that you are in a lot of trouble possibly jail time... It's all a crock of crap.. If they call back just tell them that you know they ate a scam company... The guy on the other end will probably get pissed and say some things. This us a stupid company.. Here is another number they are calling from 424-244-6225.. they try and scare your family and friends to get the information they want.. just don't let them get to you or get .more information..

Called me at my home about 200 times in one day and it continued...very rude and harassing stating I owed them money from a payday loan..wasnt getting anywhere with me so he started calling my husband's job non stop..We reported this to the local police,FBI, secret service,FTC, and put fraud alerts on our credit..hopefully this will go away because it is very frustrating!!

Called in the dead of sleep i awoke to here and indian chicks voice saying i was being sued and she needed to speak to my attorney wOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! <.< ok scary ghost noises asside this would have freaked me out had i not had the same exact thing happen to me on another scam before i had my mom call them cuss them out they never called again my advice is say your calling a CIA member do you really wanna try this scam on me

They have recently started calling my workplace, and he says he is Albert Ross. He has a foreign accent. I am reporting them to Homeland Security.

I got the same call today and it was the same dude that called from Fla. I asked him how many names he goes by, he just spouted off a "serious matter" to me. Finally he passed me off to a supervisor, after I still refused to verify the information about me, he claimed that this was a "legal issue that I needed to take seriously", I still refused to verify any information, plus I kept asking as to what this referenced about. He would not tell me other than some law office. Then he got upset but I kept refusing to verify my information, he asked for my supervisor or manager over me and he would straighten out the "serious legal problem with them". I said okay. Then he replied "the next phone call would be to my manager and 2 seconds later I got a phone call, it was him. he replied " the next phone call is to my manager", I said okay. 2 seconds later, phone call, he replied " the next phone call was to my manager, i said ok. And then again, then again, then again.  Finally some one else picked it up, He asked a manager, and they handed me the phone, he replied " next phone call to my manager"  I said ok, good. LMAO he calls again.... this time I think my employee gave them 1-800-382-5968...ooops...phone sex number. LOL

Morgan and Associates have been calling me for several months now and I REFUSE to call them back.  They are wasting their time and energy on us U.S. Citizens and we know it is a SCAM!!!!  I have contacted the local police department, FTC, FBI and there is nothing they can do with these idiot aliens.  They are calling from outside the U.S. using prepaid cell phones or computers.  They have threaten to have the police come to my home and put me in jail as well as contact my employer.  I have talked with Human Resources, Security Department and they cannot come onto the premises and they won't.  They don't want to get caught when they have stolen our identity; this is fraud and they could spend many years behind jail.  SO STOP HARASSING  US WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS!  Every time you call it is a different name; same accent and same person.  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is the number that's calling me this time around. I have been receiving calls of this nature for at least the past year, each time from a different number over and over. Each time it's the identical script, different name and different "law firm" threatening to sue me over my "very urgent matter".  Middle eastern accent that you can barely understand.  Every once in a while I get fed up when they call constantly and get an attitude with them and say they can send me something in writing of what I owe and I'll deal with it then. The calls will stop for a month or two and then start up, with a different number then.  It feels hopeless to get rid of them, and I refuse to change my phone number.  Besides they have my work number and use it so it's not worth it. Thank goodness I have private voice mail so my boss never gets that call.

I have been getting these calls on and off for a few years now, both on my cell phone and at work.  The good thing is that I work in HR so they can't damage my relationship with my employer and I have informed our receptionist of the scam so she just puts them into my voice mail. But here is what I have found works - don't ever take their calls or talk to them.  They call me for a day or two and leave messages and because I don't call them back or ever speak to them, the calls stop and they don't call back again for 6-8 months.  It is annoying because they never actually stop but at least they don't call my cell or work a million times.  They just called me again yesterday one time on my cell (haven't had a call in about 6 months) and called me once today.  I didn't take the calls and I'm sure it will stop again until the next 6 month cycle.

I just had this number call me on my cell and work, telling me they are going to sue my husband so on so, I told them listen here you f****r don't be calling my cell nor work number ever.

I went to the extent of having the people at work telling them I no longer work there. Finally after a few more time of them calling there I had my owner call them back and she told them that I didn't work there anymore and they asked for a date and she gave them a date so far no more calls at work

I got a call from them on my home phone - my cell - and at my place of work! they threatened legal action and threatened to send the sherriffs to arrest me! Reaaly? They are fraudulent and can't speak or understand english!

DO NOT give them any personal information, SSN...Credit Card Numbers...nothing!

They refuse to give any information on their wherabouts and they are changing numbers continually!

He has been calling work and after I reported them to the FTC the calls stopped for a couple of days the FTC told me to tell whoever answers the phone that I no longer work there and it stopped for a couple of days and then today they call again and ask for me again they said we already told you he doesnt work here anymore and the proceeded to ask for another number to reach me at. I have filed complaints with Pa attorney general the Fbi and FTC my local police won't do anything they tell me no money has changed hands and that it is out of their jurisdiction. I have had their number blocked today. I don't know what else to do. He says he is from Morgan & Associates Law firm

I have been getting the same phone calls. I have been checking my bank records and credit rating to see if there are any out of the ordinary or if there is any alerts on my credit report. I did not return the call for awhile and then they started calling work. I then had my stepdad check it out for me and when he asked for written information to be sent they say they can't do it. He definitly has a foreign accent maybe indian and calls himself Charles Macdonald from Morgan and Associates 760-429-2889. I have filed complaints with the ftc and my attorney general.

They are scammers nothing more.  I sent a complaint to the phone company who supplies them with prepaid service.  I have also filed a police report and gave all information to my lawyer.  We are planning on suing both the carrier and the fake Morgan & assoc

People I understand your frustration.  I been dealing with this people for a couple months already.  I got so tired of them calling me that I started to be nice, I told them that I was going to settle this debt and I called them back every 5 minutes to ask for more information, obviously they were not able to provide it.  I gather as much information possible from them like the name of the person, their fax number, once I got all this information, I went inside my skype account and I set my phone to call them every minute, after 10 minutes they disconnect the number, but it went back operational in a few minutes. So I set my phone to call this people for about one hour and trust me they disconect the number.  Since nobody can do anything about this people I have to do the same to them so far I been able to disconnected 2 numbers in 2 days, this is costing them money to switch numbers hopefully they feel what we feel everytime they call us.

I KEEP GETTING HARRASSED PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ON MY CELL PHONE AND MY WORK PH ALL DAY LONG SAYING THEY HAVE 3 LAWSUITS ON MY SOCIAL SECURITY #. I WANT TO REPORT THIS NUMBER 760-429-2889 AND I AM CALLING FAIR TRADE COMMISION AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OH THEM.

I received two calls from a guy named "Justin White" with a heavy thick Indian/Pakistani accent from Morgan & Associates.  He is very rude and looking for one of our employees who he states has a legal matter pending.  When I asked for more information, he stated that is has to do with a legal name and social security number problem.  I told him to call the employee directly and he said he could not do that because he doesn't have a contact number.  I told him that was not our concern.  He said if they could not get hold of the employee, they would begin legal proceedings against our company.  While he was talking, I was Googling Morgan & Associates, and I started asking him questions.  Are you an attorney?  Are you a Readl Estate company?  He became agitated, said "Ok" and hung up.  Hmmph, go figure.
