Called my cell phone. I have numbers not in my contact list blocked but they still do show up as recent calls. I do not give my cell phone number at except to specific people and those contacts are listed in my phone contacts so this number should not have my cell.

They are a debt collection company used by Citi bank/credit card. They're legit cause the credit card company gave me their number.

my name is common. if it's debt collector they are barking up the wrong tree, this number has called 12 times. now they are on the blacklist of my call blocker. 15 years of this krap -- i am so fed up.

I use call blocker on my phone. Mr number works great. A little beep on the phone and it is blocked I have no bills at all due. They are looking for someone else. Haha good luck. You been blocked

760-452-8199 is ARS a debt collecting agency for several different places. For us, Fingerhut...don't answer! They were calling on my cell phone, but they apparently figured out that I now know who they are, so they are using a different number to call on my house phone now!

They are a debt collector. I called them and they said that they were a call center for a number of companies.

One more unknown caller. Usually someone who says they are a debt collector. I get a lot of calls like this, probably they relate back 4 years ago when I went bankrupt. All those debts are discharged, but it does not keep pond scum from trying to extort from you by threatening. I just refuse to answer

Said their website was "ars.com" which is an HVAC company. Then tried to say they were a bank. All links on their actual website are broken. DO NOT TALK TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Yet another in what seems to be an INFINITE series of telephone numbers that call you, do not leaves messages, etc. As usual, there are a legion of companies that can provide complete information about a phone number FOR A RATHER EXORBITANT FEE. I can't see the need to pay for information that should be publicly available. If anyone knows anything about this number, a post would be appreciated. Thank you.
