I received the same calls starting from yesterday from a robert anderson with a heavy indian accent stating the same thing as the statements above. they have information down to my soc sec #, a supposed loan, and threats of the police coming to my job to arrest me. I almost fell for it! the number they called from was 714-276-1233. thank God  googled this number!

I got a phone call from "supposibily" attorney allen anderson 6198634558 and earlier 7142761233 say al back due to money I owe or they would follow suit. Same stories as above. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO OR TRUST THEM ITS A SCAM!

Just got phone call from a guy with  heavy accent saying I that I owe money . I did not take any money out on a loan and when you call back it goes to a voicemail .

I have received several calls from these people over the last 24 hours.

Mine was (760) 453-0184, (760) 453-0397 & (760) 933-5410 + a couple of other numbers as well that were almost the same.  The name I was given was James Anderson and he said that he was a Paralegal.  I was also told that they were going to have investigators come to my home or office and arrest me + they would call social services and have them take my kids when I was arrested and taken to jail if I didn't pay.  It was bad and when I faxed over to them the name of my attorney, they refused to talk to them and said that they had filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office and were going to have me picked up.  These people wanted me to write a letter and fax it to them with my debit card number authorizing payment and they also wanted me to write that I wouldn't dispute any of the charges.

I will also report this to the FTC.

If you get a call from these peole report them to the FTC if they have enough compliants the FTC will investigate them !!! Also put a alert on all your credit reports so they can't harm your credit . This is what I did . This is a Fraud !!!!

Yep I just did also about 10 minutes ago and told a Maria Jones to go ahead and send someone to my home and I will have the state police there also.

So now I will need to get with the credit report companies to let them know. And will get ahold of law inforcements agencies.

They called to tell me that I had a law suit about a payday loan I took out. The person I talked to Michael could not give me the company name nor the amount that I "supposedly" taken out. When I started to question the law suit he got very verbally aggressive with me telling me that I would be put in front of a judge and made to pay thousands of dollars then hung up on me. I called him back and he again hung up on me. I called one more time to talk to the person and told me not to call him anymore and hung up on me again. After 5 minutes I called again and no one answered the phone and went to a "GOOGLE" voicemail with not company or name listed."

I received a phone call  today at my work and cell phone from a man with Indian accent from 760-453-0397 , stating that he was turing me over to the attonery general office for some kind of debt that i do not know about so when I told him I was going to contact my attorney the Mr.Rock Williamson hung up.

I received the same phone call from this guys, and asked for prove and documents and they refused, they want $400 dlls now to stop all the court papers, also told me that I'm going to jail and that the police is coming for me. They're calling from a cell phone in the Oceanside area. I've reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI and my local police, please report them because its going to be the only way to stop this criminals!!

I have an Allen Anderson calling me from a States Attorneys Office Collection agency.  I asked for prove and documents and they refused to give it to me.  I asked for there location and they hung up on me.  They told me that they did a back ground check on me and know everything about me all the way to my SS#.,email, jobs, ect.  Someone needs to stop these guys.  Said I owed money.  When I asked from where he would not tell me.  When I asked to speak with someone in charged he told me no, I could only speak to him.  Said he is that my paper is filed and being sent to the courts friday 12/10/10.  I asked him why he did not notify me earlier, he stated that emails were sent.  I said send me another and he said he could not send it.  That time has expired.  I call 411 and they said that this # is connected to a cell phone out of San Diego.  I have contacted a lawyer. The lawyer called and his call is sent to voicemail.

I asked for documents and they hung up on me too.  I asked what company it was through and they would not tell me. i will be reporting them.

I just got the same call about 30 min ago.  I am freaking out here.  Allen Anderson also called me also.  I am reporting them also.  This information is sooo helpful, that you so much.

I have received the same phone calls.  I plan on reporting them first thing in the morning!

I have also just received a message as those above me. Wow this one has been busy!

I got a call from the number above and when I called back and asked them to send me documentation they said they already did and they hung up on me three times.  I then called another time and asked them the name of the company and address and they said they could not provide it.

I just received a call from a man with the same accent.  What he said on my voicemail is, "Either me or my retained attorney need to call back."  He went on to say that if he doesn't hear from me or my attorney the only thing he can do is wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me!  He said his name is Allen Anderson (with an accent like his)!

Received a call from someone with a heavy Indian accent named Raymond saying I owed a payday loan and that I needed to get an attorney because papers were being filed at the court house and that the authorities would be coming to see me. When I asked for proof of the debt they refused to give it to me and told me that I owed the money and that I needed to get an attorney because I was going to jail for $200. I've reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and I have put a fraud alert on my credit report to all three agencies. Don't trust these people, they are a fraud and a scam.
