Called and spoke to my wife when I was out.  told her he needed to look at her computer.

Same story.  This number call multiple times per day.  Asks for me by my first name.   If I pick up and notice delay before someone answers, I hang up.   I am going to log this number in my phone as sales so I don't bother picking up anymore.   Really annoying!

Same as other reporters - they call home and office numbers, several times a day every day, often early or late. I tried to call back two of the numbers at different times, but after a long pause, get a fast busy signal. I have never picked up, and the calls are fairly recent. Very annoying.

Put call block on them but can still see they called twice in a row.   I guess they didn't like the call block message and called back a minute later and got blocked again.

i  have been getting calls from a number of out of state #s this one calls 3 times a day i final answered it and no one responded all in the last 4 days ,my cell is on the do not call list,,,

I have received daily calls from this number daily for months on end. Am on a do not call registry, but the calls continue.  Eerily persistent although I do not pick up the calls.

Environmental Defense Fund: Most annoying solitication organization I know.   I called their main number and told them to go away and they won't.   So I sent them email saying to go away and they claim some of these numbers aren't them.   I told them I would be reporting every solitication they were making from now on since I told them to go away.  And if these numbers aren't them, they've now been warned about that also.   They called on this number to me yesterday and on another number today.  They just don't take a hint that I want nothing to do with them anymore because they've gotten beyond the point of harrassment with their phone calls.  

Called again - actually they call everyday and into the evening.  They also use several different numbers.  

All their numbers are blocked forever!

Why would you sell your numbers to a telemarketer that creates the annoyance that you see here?  

Telemarketers are illegal - you know it and telemarketers know it.

Called at 8:19 pm. Unknown caller so I don't bother answering those. This is the 5th call this evening (from different numbers) - my number must've been freshly sold to more than one scammy company.

Just received call from (760) 456-4469 "EDEFENSEFUND" - callerID. Seemed to be a high quality recording of man talking about coal-burning koch brothers and matching dollars to fight, but since I did not recognise the name of the fund, and since it burns me up they have the gall to call people who obviously already contributed for the year to one environmental fund or another. I said NO, it came back and asked for 25 or 30 dollars? and I said, "I really can't contribute right now", it came back and said so sorry etc and disconnected. But it was a very realistic sounding  computer recording that interacted well - so watch out! (I used my 'phone.com' call block on the number.)

They called again at 8:22pm - blocked again!

Received a call from this number at 8:15PM.  Seems a little late to me.

They called - I did not answer - no message left.  BLOCKED

Calls at odd times, asks for "Mary", does not respond just repeats "Is Mary there?" Hangs up.

claims to be Strategic Fundraising and said they are calling on behalf of some political or nonprofit company you support.   Given that the number they called is a second number that has never been given out by us but yet added to the do not call list, that's pretty much says Strategic Fundraising is a liar.

This number called tonight.  I did not recognize the number so let voice mail pick up.  No message was left.

I answered a few days ago, told them we were on the do not call list, and they are still calling.

Called today and has called several times this week.

Constantly calling, violating do call registry

This same male calls using different company's such as Tea Party Lf, TPLF,Envirodefense, and now Edefensefund.  None of these have anything to do with the Tea Party.  I have given the police here locally all four numbers and names.  Also, Ihave notified the Do Not Call people and reported this.  This guy calls late at night, early in themorning, etc.  He must be stopped.  The Tea Party ones turned out to be a fund raiser for Obama.

This number is a telephone number that is purchased from us. I do not like to receive these types of calls either. When we receive notification, we pass it on to the company that purchased the number from us. We advise them that they are abusing the Do Not Call list. Past that, there is nothing we can do. We cannot take the number from them. All I can advise you to do is file a complaint with your state's agency responsible for the DNC list or if they are doing things that are illegal, then please contact law enforcement.

The reverse white pages identified this number as belonging to TCAST Communications, selling broadband, voice, internet, etc. They're clearly not using the DNC list. You can contact them at http://www.tcastcom.com/contact.

Got a call from this number on August 27, 2013 at 8:30 pm.  No name, did not leave a message.  How do these unknown numbers get our numbers?
