Recieved a call said that if you do not give him money then he would file a law suit regarding ID theft and bank fraud. this person spoke in a very strong hard to understand indian accent. he said that he was fromt he law group of california and that he worked for a law comapny that collects debt for a pay day loan. these peopl eknow all your personaly information and they will try to do everything to get you to send them money. after dealing with the local police as well as filling a complaint with the FBI and FTC the calls finally stopped. I also blocked the phone numbers so that they would not be ableto clal again unless they called from a different number. what ever you do do not trust these people and do not send them any money.

I got a call from this number and the indian guy said his name was andy mcneil.  he said he needed to hear from me or my attorney as soon as possible.  i plan on calling him back and telling him  i know this is a scam and i have filed a police report.

I got a call from this same number and they told me the same thing. As I have came on hard times and haven't been able to pay my debt. I just want them to stop calling me and harassing me saying that I have a law suit against me. I hung up the phone on them and they called right back. Its funny when he was reading something he said I owed $8,000 but when I ask to repeat he said $846.26. If they aren't calling someone from Lombardo, Sutherland and Meyers are calling but they can never give me straight details. I also called the loan company I got the loans from and they said they sent it to a collection agency and that if they call I should ask for a Debt Validation letter which I have not gotten yet.

I got a call from this number saying that i owe money for a loan as well. this i false and it is a scam as based on what the local law office has told me as well as i have put something in with the FBI as well. If any one gets a call like this report them maybe someone can get these people.  They have american names but all speek in a hard to understand almost middle eastern accent

they called me and left a message stating that his name was alvin russell, and that myself or my attorney need to give them a phone call because i owe money for a loan that I never took out with US Cash. They said there name was the legal group of california. He could not tell me any information about the loan and acted surprised when I questioned them, as if I should already know about the law suite. they told me to be at court and to be prepared to pay $8000.00. Then he told me may God have mercy on my soul.

don't answer this phone call.  They are telling me that they are taking me to court for a loan I never received.  They said to pay them now or I was being arrest.  Would not tell me any information.  I told them that they are scammers and not to call me again until they could give me more information.
