This is a  ~ "BIG SCAM" ~ Hang up and Do Not Call The Phone Number I phoned my phone company right away and she confirmed that this was a scam..

Voicemail and call claiming false legal charges and knowing my full social!

i got a call and ask them to let me talk to an american and they put me on hold and lost connection

I got a message left on my voice mail to call them back or have my attorney call a female w/ accent told me in my best interest call or i will be sorry when in falls hard on me.

I have received many calls from this number stating there is a law suit pending for a loan I never received.
very obnoxious !

I had the same thing happen about 30 mins ago! Time sensitive legal matter, was going to charge my husband...police were coming to question him! Come up on my phone 000. I reported them to the FBI.

Dont listen to them, contact the FBI, record the call if you can and let them know you know they are commiting fraud perhaps they will leave you alone.

I was called this morning at 8:00 am EST, and of course the very rude lady in poor english and a scrambled call told me she was in CA, well CA is several hours behind, which means she was either lieing or she was calling me at 5:00 am CA time. I ask for her employee ID, she refused. SHe told me that I recevied a auto payment in my bank account which she had the info on, in October of 2010. Well I knew for a fact I have not had any payday loans. She then proceeded to tell me I must send her $300 or I would have to travel to CA with an attorney and I would be prosecuted by the Suprmeme Court, on 3 counts of felony check fraud. When I told her I knew she was incorrect and demanded the name of who she represented and the tax id # or business license number she hung up on me. WHen I called back I could heart a man with foreign language speaking to several people. Again i got no new informaiton. I called the FBI in Columbia SC and was told this was probably Fraud and to go on line to IC3.GOV and file a complaint, which I did. If you have recevied these calls your best bet is to change your numbers, and get new bank accounts. Also watch your credit, they have your social secuirty number and your account info. I could tell they had checked my credit because she knew something that only a creditor should know. I believe they retrieved this informaiton from on line, I went on line once to look at a Payday loan, and yes being an ididot I entered in my info, but then I backed out of it. SO DONT give them any info, money or permssion to do anything. Tell them you have contacted the FBI and then contact them. I was told the same story as the other lady on here, a messag left at my work saying, if they dont hear from me or my attorney good lucj on what unfolds on me! They used Advance America as their so-called client!

Yep, I applied for a payday loan from a supposed legal site.  I didn't complete the transaction because the terms were too steep.  The next thing I know I get $149.95 deducted from my account to 'USA Credit' @ 800-685-9354; $49.98 from Liberty Discount Club; 877-369-8534 www.LibDisClub.com; $99.95 from www.mongocard.com @ 888-251-6046; then another $19.99 from another company then tons of calls from Universities stating that I was interested in a degree from them.  I remember while applying for the supposed loan that there was not a 'no' button when the website asked if I were interested in going back to school.  

I have closed my accounts and called these above mentioned companies.  I was only able to reach 1 live person who argued with me that I owe them this money.  I never authorized these payments and would advise anyone doing business with any of these companies to also change your accounts and never do business whatsoever with them again!  From what I can tell, once starting to do business with them you are with them for the life of your account.  I am blessed to have been watching my account closely which is why my financial institution reimbursed all my money.

The voice mail message the perpetrators left for me said: "This message is intended for Cardwell, Cardwell we advise you listen to this message ..... This is extremely time sensitive My name is James Peter . . .  760-483-3357 Don't disregard this message. Do return the call now! If I don't hear from you or I don't hear from your attorney I can only say 'good luck' as your situation unfolds on you.  Good by and take care!"
Kind of creepy! The accent sounds like they are from India.  Their English is anguish to listen to.  I typed only what I could decipher.
After a while I thought,  why would they attack someone who is poor without much money?  What would they expect to get from a dried turnip, but mold.  Well, this mold got sold but this won't happen again and I pray it won't happen to you!
By the way,  without authorizing the purchase or payment it's true, they can't do too much to you except harrass you with calls hoping you give them authorization.  Do Not Give In To Their Tactics!

I actually look forward to their next call.  I have some plans in mind to return to them their lost items I have found. Afterall, I was taught to return things to their rightful owner.

I have received numerous calls over the last few months from these people - at one time because I was scared I paid them in excess of $2,000 but then found out it was all a scam.  I did have payday loans at one time but after contacted them after reviewing my bank statements I found I did not owe anything - the names of the payday loan companies that I supposedly owe were fictitious.  Today, I got another call from Kevin Peterson of 916-395-0000.  I have blocked their number on my cell phone and will be blocking the numbers at home if they called there.  I have reported them to the FTC, FBI, my local police, the Arizona and California Attorney Generals and the BBB.  When I called the FBI they laughed and said good luck to them - they were a scam!  Don't give them any information - unfortunately I did and that is why I'm getting calls now - they don't give up.

This number 760-483-3357 contacted me today and left a message stating that I was to get into contact with them and or my attorney. I don't know what this is in regards to or what. I haven't borrowed money from any of the listed companies. I know i received emails in regards to payday loans.

I had the same call on Jan17,2011 saying that I owe cash advance loan. They had  the nerve to said , they e-mail serve time with documents which is a lie. These people need to be stop and be put away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked for their license number, of course it's from someone who is either deceased or disbarred. I told them that my lawyer contacted the supposed office in San Francisco that they worked for and he doesn't know who they are, before I could go on they hung up on me. Oh and when he told me that I spoke to Kevin Peterson in his office, I corrected him and told him no, it was Kevin Jones. His reply was "ahhh yes, that's right". I'm pretty sure they wont be calling back.

Another call today from same person.  The accent is so thick I couldnt really understand them.  Said something about legal charges then asked a  question I couldn't understand.  I requested them to repeat themselves about 4 times and then asked to speak with someone who could speak English.  She said ma'am I am speaking in clear English and she repeated herself.  I then hung up and she called right back.  I sent her to voicemail and she didn't leave a message.  Would like to know how to stop them as well.

Same here!  Showed up on my caller ID as 0000.  I answered the first time and no response.  The second time went to voicemail and left a message saying I or my attorney must contact them and if not they can only wish me good luck on what unfolds on me.  Who is this?
