Caller asked for someone on night shift. I told the caller they aren't available to take calls. They hung up. Always suspicious of calls for production personnel, I looked up the number. Lots and lots of complaints about Palomar Associates. Beware.

Be aware that most collections calls these days are illegal, since the laws make it almost impossible to collect legally. Most calls are for old, past-the-statute-of-limitations debt, or are for fictional, non-existent debts.

Request written verification of the debt. Do not settle for anything less. Refuse to respond until you receive something in writing. If you dispute the claims after receiving something in writing, send cease and desist letters to the collector by certified mail.

If they refuse to send something in the mail, assume they are scammers. If they claim they already sent something, tell them to send it again. Never, ever agree to make payments over the phone. Do Not give them any financial information.

The first few call from these scammers can be scary, but learn your rights, and become familiar with their tactics. After a while, you'll be able to handle them no problem.

They just called me, 10:30 am on 3/28/14 and said i ordered something in 2008.I have no clue.They even have my ss#. What do i do?

Did it again..spelled....lol  Again I am asking people to not even consider what this man has to offer. It will destroy you, your credit and your family.

Sorry for the typos I get so angry when I think about this situation. It is Anthony Morisson and I speeled innocent wrong as well. Please people do not get mixed up with this guy and his bogus scams. Read about him and how many people he has destroyed because of greed.

My husband is and has been ill for almost 4 years and during that time everything stopped for us, State Disability/private Disability etc. We started living off of our retirement acct. In the midst of all the trials and despair he saw the Anthony Morrison informecial. I was asleep or that wasn't happening. He ordered the book and was charged for two.When I found out I flipped out, telling him these things are a scam and what got into  him to do this.He explained that our situation was desperate and he thought this could help. Well the charges continued until they convinced him to buy their program (I had no clue) to the tune of almost $5000.00. Well they got the financing through Duvera Billing and when I did find outthe scope of things is when my car payment was going to bounce and I kept screaming at him to tell me the truth. They kept taking money out of our bank acct, they had him do an electronic signature. I went to my bank with everything and blocked his card so that stopped any more funds from coming out the bank. What kind of company gives $5000.00 credit to a man whose credit is shot to *&^% from illness and not being able to pay any bills? One who deals with con artists like Anthiny Morrison. My husband got a handful of calls from them for their " training" each time he tried contacting them thye kept saying someone will call him and they never did. So Anthiny Morrison walks away with thousands from inncoent people and they are stuck trying to clean up the mess. I got a package together with news reports about Anthiny Morrison and his scams and the fact that our bank found their system to be bogus in obtaining an electronic sig.. all kinds of documents and all the addresses I could find for Palomar are non existent. All the packages have been returned by the post office. I am at my wit's end I don't know what else to do with resolving this situation.

Although I'm registered on the National Do Not Call list, I received a call from this number. I was away from my phone and did not answer, however, I would have called them back had they left a voicemail. There was no message left. I obtained my current phone number about a year ago and have repeatedly been getting collection calls for the person that had this number before me, and I'm assuming that this is another one. Had they left me and voicemail and allowed me to call them back and explain to them the situation I could have saved them a lot of work and saved myself from getting called again later. I get this call very frequently.
