So if this is Kaiser then why did they call me three times today (so far) and not leave a voicemail?? Very unprofessional.  Seems even health care provides like to spam phones.

This call was a local call and since it is from Kaiser it is really confusing because I haven't had them for health care for SEVEN YEARS. They are actually calling on my Google Voice phone number that goes to my private cell, still annoying if they don't leave a voicemail to tell me why someone is calling from that number.

Agreed.  It was a call with an answer from my doctor.     Quit whining.

Geez, what a bunch of whiners. It was a follow-up call regarding you visit... not the end of the world. You don't have to take the survey, but it sounds like a single call ruined your day.

Kaiser Permanente Customer Service. They had origninally called me on my cell phone with a automated computer from an unknown number with a Boston area code. I was unhappy with being solicited, even if it was a "survey" so I called Kaiser directly, asked them to pull out their complaint form and then told them never to call me unless it was about a diagnosis or a bill, and never to solicit me or I would take my business elsewhere.

I guess they want the last word or perhaps they dont have enough of a command of the english language to understand my request... they continue to call my cell phone, now from this constomer service line and others... Are they wanting to deny that they called me without permission? too bad, just dont call me when I ask you not to call my cell, thank you.

THIS NUMBER CALLED ME ALSO AND I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER CALL FROM THESE SURVEY PEOPLE.  IT IS NOT BAD ENOUGH THAT SOME OF THIER MEDICAL CARE IS SUB-STANDARD, THEY CALLED WITHOUT STOPPING TO ASK ASININE QUESTIONS.   PLEASE DO N0T CALL ME AGAIN.
