Calls my cell phone frequenty, offering "foundation grants" for my (non-existant) buisness.  Message plays through twice.

caller ID showed celluar call, but i had the fax machine on that line.  they hung up without saying a word.  maybe the # they called will be dropped from their list.

I just got a call from this number that was a negative campaign ad from a shady politico in AZ named David Schweikert. This about his latest Federal Election Commissions filing: "Congressional candidate David Schweikert violated commonly understood Federal Elections Commissions rules this week by failing to meet the July 15 filing deadline for the second quarter. Schweikert was the only District Five candidate to break the rules, and now faces thousands of dollars in potential fines."

Using CUSTOMER SVC as a caller id, and an out of state company, are as shady as he is.

I get a call from this number roughly every week or so. They won't remove me from the list if I press 8, so I always press 1 to speak with a person.  The first time I asked to be removed from the list he had the audacity to say "Are you stupid? Why didn't you press 8!" Now I just just press 1 every time and curse the guy out.  It won't help, but I figure if they inconvenience me by making me answer an unwanted call, then we should inconvenience them right back by making them take unwanted calls.

DNC list means nothing at all.

I work at a hospital...we keep getting calls from this number (multiple calls in one day).  When is the government foing to do something about it?  I was told once that hospitals are considered a business and therefore ineligible for the DNC program!

Recorded call.  If you listen all the way through, there's an option to hit "8" to be removed from the call list.  I don't know whether they actually do, but this is the second or third call such as this that I've gotten.  I'm averaging one or two a week lately.  So yeah, I think they just switch numbers and keep calling.

I keep getting calles from this number and when they leave a message they just say call 1-866-459-1932 they never leave any thing about who they are or what they are calling about. I am getting pretty tired of this. I use to be ablr to block them on my cell phone but I think they keep changing their number.

I got the 760-526-8142 number by using *69 and Googled it to wind up here. Thanks for the tip about the FCC's 1088 form. I filed a complaint. I must get 5 calls a day from these creeps. My answering machine kicks in and they hang up. It's so irritating! I hope the FCC goes after them.

Got a call from 760 526-8142  that left a voice mail stating to call 1 866 459-1392. Called the # and it is a company called 1st Credit. I called the original # (760 526-8142) and got a message that if I recieved a call from this # I was on a marketing list. It stated that if I wanted the # taken off the list then to dial 1. I tried this today so i'll have to see if it worked

I've received at least one call from this recording before.

I will contact the FTC & FCC today.

I received a call from this number, urging me to vote for three candidates for Arizona Corporate Commission.

Got called again today from this number - automated message offering small business financing. This time, I pressed "1" and got a person. I asked the name of their business and they hung up on me. Clearly an illegal operation.

Offering unsecured capital loans..this time that they called. This automated number has appeared three times in the last 3 months. The first time I was given the option of pressing 8 to be removed...I pressed 8. The second time, there was no option for removal. This time, there was the option to press 8 to be removed...I pressed 8.

I would assume this is something like calling to be removed from a fax list, for unwanted faxes. This just let's them know they have a 'live one' on the other end. It is truly quite frustrating to try and conduct business in the midst of the auto-dialed solicitations that come in each week!

I have reported this number to the FCC. I think there is some sort of ring where they share my phone number with each other. I have gotten several scam calls within the last month, all from different places.

get calls from this number all the time on my work phone...never anyone on the line....caller id says "Customer Service"... tried to call back and was prompted to leave a meesage so i just hung up

Automated message offering a line of credit for small businesses. No doubt it is a scam. I called the number back on another phone and got an automated message about "we only call numbers from lists of business numbers that we purchase" and there is the option to be "taken off the list". Right. Then I'll just get called again, or maybe from a different number.

Probably another fraud here in corrupt America.

I called to remove my organization from their list on 7/8/08.  They called back from same number on 7/18/08.  Called them back.

How can the phone company not have disconnected the phone service by now of these obvious scamming criminals?
