I'd like to speak to the person in charge of your verizon account

I got phone from this no. last night. I checked online to see the area code and find out this is some kind of nuisance. How i can stop this? Any website or email address on which i report ?

just got this number about 3 weeks ago, getting calls from 7605268144 and 7605368137, no msgs or anything....never had verizon. im pretty annoyed.

this caller ask if if would be interested in purchasing a new type of condom

This company calls all during the night hours. it is very disturbing.

got a call from this number at 2.15 pm . did not answer so they left a balnk voicemail. i have time warner cable..could it be a survey thing for them?

I get calls from both 760-526-8144 and 760-536-8137 roughly 2-3 times a week.  They usually just hang-up, but on one occasion a person answered and said they were from Time Warner (I promptly hung-up).

If you have Verizon, call customer service and ask to have the numbers blocked.  I believe the rep said it's called their "Call Block and Manage Service."  They blocked both numbers for free - I just had to provide a detailed explanation as to why.  The block is good for 3 months, but you can renew it for free if needed.

I just put these numbers on my reject list on my phone. 760.526.8144 & 760.536-8137.  I have time warner and I am a AT&T Customer and these numbers call me once or twice per week and never leave messages.  I did not know who they were so never answered. I just got on line and checked and saw I am not the only one.

Um, I live in OHIO. Why am I getting calls all the way out here? I thought this call might've come from family I have in Ramona. When I searched the phone number, lo and behold. All of my numbers are on the DNC list, but somehow "businesses" are getting around these barriers. Ridiculous.

Per some information in a previous post, I called 858 459-3000 and was pleasantly surprised to have a human answer the phone.
I spoke to Jim Rochford VP of Operations at PhoneWare Inc.  He apologized about the auto-call(s) and had our number removed.  He says his company calls on behalf of other businesses(Time Warner, Verizon etc) and if you have a relationship with them you are likely to get a call.

He was very pleasant and I hope that this will eliminate this issue is the future.  Give it a try...

They've been calling me once a week on my cell phone and I never answer. they always leave a 2-3 second voicemail of silence but today the 3 second voicemail had background noise that sounded like a lot of people just like it sounds when someone is calling you from a mall or a telethon. The caller ID says it's coming from Vista, CA. I'm an AT&T customer. I also get a similar call from a similar # (760)536-8137

I bet that their e-mails are all <first letter of first name><lastname>@phonewareinc.com ....
I am wondering to which spam lists they already signed up for - I am sure they appreciate some help getting their names and addresses out.

8:30 PM call no one there, hung up as I could hear voices in background sounding like a sales calling call.

I am on the do not call list, owe NO money and these people keep calling me

I have had many calls from this number every night.  They just hang up.

This number called us and the lady said she was from Time Warner, wanted to know if we were happy with our products and services.  When I went to ask my husband, she hung up.  Is this a scammer or someone trying to steal data or mess with our phone number on some telemarketing list?  Why bother calling and then hang up?

This calling hang up thing must be to see if it is a buisness or residential number, calls from 760-526-8144 are from marketers, my number is business but Im on the do not call list. Big waste of time for both parties in my opinion.

VERIZON - SELLING

This company called twice and left blank messages.  It is some phonenet company.  I called the number back but you don't get to talk to a real person.

After getting many calls from this number and 760-536-8137 with no messages left or hang-ups, I finally talked to the caller who said she was contracted by Verizon to offer discounted phone plans.  I'm going to call and complain to Verizon that the company they are using (if they are actually associated with Verizon) is a nuisance and annoyance to consumers.

Calls then hangs up. Shows on caller id as Paging Phone CA. I'm sure it's another scammer, aren't they always??? I'm on the Do Not Call list, but the calls keep coming in anyways.

I keep getting calls from 760-526-8144 when I answer they hang-up.  I work in a Church and we don't have caller ID so I *69 hang-ups when I get several and they are all coming from this number

I received an unwanted call from this number.

Caller won't leave message.

Just got a call even though on do not call list.

Do Not Call List does not work for pre recorded messages.  They re designed to get their message out & can not stop proceeding with the call because it's automated.  So you will continue to get automated pre recorded messages.  

Either pay your phone company to block the number or if persistant after telling them to stop, call your local police dept to file a report against said phone number & they might even tap your phone to get a trace & to file charges against said caller.  This is what I found out from my local police dept.  Call yours to find out too.  FCC doesn't do crap, they say they're not doing anything wrong.  The compmay breaks the laws  & the FCC law makers don't want to follow thru.  

Caller doesn't leave message from this reported phone number but the call comes from Calif.
