Recieved a call on our non listed line. No one on the line then it hung up.

I get a call from them at least 8 - 10 times a day.  Sometimes, I will get calls back to back from two different phone numbers with the same warranty message.  Does anyone know what the scam is?  I've am to the point that if caller shows out of area code then I just don't answer the phone. Hopefully, I am not losing a potential out-of-state client.

I get calls more then 2 times a day during the work week. I have called the # back 2 times I talked a rep name Josh, he asked for the make and year of my car I requested to be put on DNC, he HUNG UP ON ME! I called the # back the 2nd time and I was put though a automated system and it gives the option to be put on the DNC, they still continue to call.

I keep getting calls from this number, they never leave a message.  When I do answer the phone they want me to extend my warranty (that they claim is about to expire) on my BRAND NEW car!  How do I make them stop?!?!?!

Been getting calls from this number several times a day repeatedly for about 2 years.  Always pre-recorded car warranty scam.  Always says it is the last call before it expires, IF ONLY THAT WAS TRUE!

After repeatedly pressing the dis-enroll from this list button to no avail, and attempting to call the number back (got another msg saying they only call businesses and they "apologize" and my name has been added to DNC list - NOT TRUE) I pressed the button to talk to someone to buy the product.

When I asked the name of the company the representative told he works for T G Lee (a legit dairy farm according to google, I am sure not associated with this at all) When I asked him to spell it he used $exually graffic language as the example words (think B for bravo but done by playboy) and there was a woman in the background making even more graffic comments about the effect she had apparently produced in a male customer (use your imagination if you really want to).  This did NOT sound like an insurance office.

I was a little freaked out by this, honestly felt a little like I was being stalked.  The inappropriate overtones of the conversation gave a whole new feel to the years of calls.  Called the police and they sent an officer who told me to pay the money to my carrier to have the number blocked.  But they shift numbers periodically, and I just don't feel like that is enough. I am probably going to do more than that.

Received this today at 12noon (EDT). I picked up the phone, dead air, sounds of breathing and then the person hung up.  Previously, they called on a Thursday, no message left.

Press 1 for renewing my car warranty, 2 for stopping calls.  After I pressed 2, a man came on the phone.  He refused to give his name, title and company.  He insisted my car's warranty was expiring, but he could NOT NAME THE MAKE & MODEL OF MY CAR. When I asked him for his company's name, he then hung up.  I called my car manufacturer, and they told me it was a SCAM.  These third party companies buy lists from the DMV and call people about their product (usually extended car warranties), based on the date you registered your new car.  My car manufacturer said they have started a lawsuit against these companies, since they are misrepresenting themselves to consumer.

i get a call from this number about twice a week...the message is regarding a warranty on my car that is about to expire. when i call it back it's a recording that says " we are sorry we reached your number in error. we only call businesses. if you would like to remove your number from our list, please press 1."

CALL ME ALL THE TIME. MORE THAN 5 TIMES/DAY AND KEEP CALLING AMOST OVER 3 MONTHS. CALL TO MY COMPANY PHONE AND ALSO MY SELL PHONE TO.F*** THEM

GOT A CALL AT 9:08AM OCT 17. THEY SAID NOTHING BUT I WAS UNABLE TO DISCONNECT LINE FROM THEM FOR 3 MINUTES.

"Omega Grp".  Other boards report automated "expired factory warranty" scam.  They did not leave a msg on my voicemail.

Picked up a call from 760-526-8513 3:45pm 10/16/06, no answer. On call back, recording claims to only purchase and call business phone listings and to press 1 for calling list removal.

I get these calls from 760-526-8513 - I never answered and they leave no message. It seems I get calls from everywhere with no message left. Delete, delete, delete from caller ID.

I've been getting these calls daily, to the point that if I leave for a couple days, my message box is completely full of either the car warranty message, or dead air. I have picked up during one of these calls, but nothing is said. There was even once that I swore I heard a person on the other end, they breathed into the phone and then hung up.

I'm getting these calls too. All coming from different numbers, but listed under Omega group. So tired of this s**t. How do i get off their list?

The last number i pulled off Caller ID was 760-526-8513. This was just a hang up, no message. Other times it's a recorded message about renewing my car warranty.

watch out for this number, some sort of phishing crap.

10-15-08 Called my CA area code 805 bus. # & hung up on ans. machine. Only phone number on Caller I.D.  Am on Do Not Call.  Here is a list of 127 calls from May.  Many call repeatedly for months and some call several times per day.

When a rep came on the line, I asked who she was calling for and she said she was calling for me. When I asked her to confirm my name she did not know my name. I asked her to confirm the vehicle she was calling about and she said the one I drive. I asked her to be more specific because I have two cars....she hung up. The same exact thing has happened twice.
